Im not sure if you are interested in my opinion, but i feel obligated to say. I bought my YFZ brand new and it came with the blacklines, They are very nicely built, strong and sturdy BUT, the powdercoating sucks, it faded fast and it chips very easily, Now i knew this bc my buddy has them on his 450r, but like i said they where on the bike when i got them. I guess you could always have them re-powdercoated but pretty sure they will just chip again, especially if you are trail riding hardcore. Just a heads up though, other than that they are very nice.. lol

Very nice LT My brother has a 250r that started with a 310 ct racing engine and it ran hard as hell. His R NEVER breaks down, dam things are like bullet proof Now it has a 310 powervalve which we really havent ran much, but should be awesome. Whats done to your new shee??

The blue banshee was looking good until you crashed it today lol I have never ridden a override before, I rode my bike the other day and its amazing. I was under the supervision of my builder so i had to behave. Also i wasnt able to take my bike home, Carl doesnt trust me and is holding it hostage until he is sure this tranny is good to go..

Just add it to the bill huh Sal?? These tie rods are very light, I would say that arent made for a trail bike of any kind super soft weak material

Sorry to hear this bc I have purchased like 4 of these kits, my friends run them aswell. I have taken my bikes apart and reassemble a few times a season.. And i use loctite on everything, I haven't broke not one single bolt. I think these kits are excellent, not a single complaint. sorry ho hear about your bad experience

I thought there stuff was junk, you havent tested these? Seems like a good idea for backups though. Is it a 200w or stock output stator?

This is been discussed thousands of times. So many people out there, especially die hard 4stroke guys think that banshee's are not reliable and just a big old tool box. I could go on and on with this discussion, bc i take care of all my shit and always have problems. BUT i also have a brand new 450 that I have had problems with. But lets not talk about me bc my luck just sucks...lol Anyways, as long as you take care of your bike and keep it fairly simple, perform all the normal maintance, keep your airfilters CLEAN and dry,jetted correctly a banshee will last you years. Before I started modded the shit out of my bike, I had 4yrs of abuse on a stock top end. Seemed like it would just run forever, from my experience, the more you mess with them and try and get them perfect, the more problems seem to occur. I have seen so many people totally neglect there bikes and they will run and run and run and run all day long. If you assembled your motor correctly and its dialed in well and its all good and tight, ride it, enjoy it and when something breaks just fix it. what's done to your bike and what type of riding do you do???

Dont sweat it, Im sure dozens of guys on this site have done this before. I can say that I am not one of them, but its a strong possibility that i might slip up sometime in the future. At least it gives ya something to laugh about..

Hey whats up guys. I was wondering if any of you guys have installed the extremes that you got back yet. Sleeper06 just got our extremes back from Greg, he seemed sure of himself this time, and said he tested the shit out of these things. Are patience where real shot with all this and Carl had cut me a stock tranny to run in my bike, we where told that no matter what i was going to need a override, so I guess we will be giving the extreme and shot. I would love to hear from some guys, that have installed the new and so called improved extremes. You can bet your ass that Im gonna test the shit out of this thing, If there is a glitch anywhere I will find it. Just hope that it was worth the wait and aggravation..
