When you change the impeller, are there any gaskets that have to be replaced? My whole motor just got rebuilt 2 months ago, all new gaskets throughout...

Thats the dirtiest air filter I have ever seen...Maybe thats the reason your shee just DIED....lol Whatever shee you decide to go with Im sure you'll be happy, old or new they are still one of the funniest quads to ride..

You must still be running your stock cages, with aftermarket reeds, bc when you run after market reeds and cages that rubber seal in the pic that you are showing me on the intake boot, that has to get cut off, cut smooth against the intake boot..If you dont cut that off your stock inatke boots would not work with aftermarket reeds...

Thanks man thats what I wanted to hear..I have my v-force reeds on my shee for 2 years, and I have always had gaskets on both sides, I was workin on the shee tonight replacing gaskets and what not and just wanted to make sure that everyone runs gaskets on both sides of the reeds when they are rocking aftermarket reeds and cages.... Zach are you running stock reeds? The rubber o-ring inside the cage gets cut out when you switch to aftermarket reeds..

The rubber o-ring gets cut off once you switch to aftermarket reeds...

I just looked at the OEM diagram and it only shows 2 gaskets...They go between the reeds and jugs..They dont show a set between the reeds and the carb boots/manifold.. I have both.... Anyone????

I have v-force reeds, I got new gaskets from cascade for them, Im wondering if there is supposed to be a gasket on both sides of the reeds? I do have one on both sides, but they are different, the one between the reed and carb boot has a smaller opening.. Also do they still sell replacement reeds for the 2's?

Whats up man, when I was building my shee and If I need some OEM parts I ordered from http://www.powersedge.com/ They have the cheapest prices for oem, I have compared them to many..I just looked for you and the bolt and nut are like $6.. Glad you found what u needed though..

This qustion was asked before and I went out into my garage for some HQ member and gave him all kids of measurments.. Unfortunatley My shee isnt in my garage, Unless I would go out there for ya.. I can prob get them for ya lata, tom.. If I had to guess I would say the hole are about 1 1/8 -1/4 from center to center.. Dont kno if this pic help at all..

You man I have a Facttory effex kit, and I cant find anything I like..There really isnt shit to chopse from, I dont like kits that have some companys name all over like duncan racing..They are nice but not for me... I kno about verde powersports make some..I think they where meantioned above..

Do you kno what cause your last melt down? Its always good to start alittle rich...When you where running the 310 did you ever check the plugs, plug chop? Most guys on here seem to change carbs once they get ported, but there are still a few rocking stock carbs with a ported motor, Im one of them...I had 33pwk and sold them..For my riding the stockers are just fine..What type of riding do you do?
