cool thanks! I am not sure what brand the impellor is, I got it on ebay.. ill try to change the bearing and seal.. I found the #10 stud was backed out a bit so it wasnt down all the way. thanks for the help!! anyone know what the pitch and mm the bolt is for the jugs?? I want to get a tap kit to clean up the threads..

I have a high flow impellor already.. do I have to split the cases again to get all the bad gear oil out or is there another way?

So I was riding and she spewed put gear oil out the overflow tube!! I figured out that my o-ring was bad on my clutch cover so it was mixing oil and coolant in the gear case... but when I fixed it, it would still leak coolant when it got hot.... I checked the head, the gasket looks warped and when I was reinstalling it after spraying it with copper gasket spray,it still would push out coolant when warmed up.. Still a leaking head gasket or is it something else?? I think my #10 stud is either loose or stripped.. it did not tighten down like the rest of them.. any help appreciated.. Not a fantastic Glamis Trip, but still cool to hang out with the bros..

ok so I took off the air filters and the carb is spitting out a fuel mist when I hit the throttle.. does this mean my jets are too big??

So I am breaking in my new motor and I installed the tors removal kit also.. I can get it to start.. but I dont think I have the idle adjusted right.. It sounds like it needs more air? the filters are clean and do not have an excess or oil on them.. I tried turning the air screw out a half turn also.. does this sound like just the idle or do I need to adjust something else?? same carb setting, got port job... thanks! so it will start but it sounds like it is starving down low..

cool thanks for the reply... does anyone know a gas station which usually has 103? I think thats what it is right?? and when you say race gas.. do you mean the stuff that comes in the 5 gal jug or the gas at a station that sells the 103? What is the octaine of race fuel??
