  1. I'm thinking about buying a set and I coudn't find any pictures of them. If some people could post up some pictures I'd really appreciate it.
  2. when I got married I had a bunch of little 400ex's and warrior's on my cake, they didn't have banshee then.. Too bad that wasn't available because it deffinatley would have been on my cake.
  3. Thanks thats what I wanted to know. I've had the T-5 and I really liked the chrome. If their comparable to the T-5's and maybe better, I'm sure I'll be more then happy with them. Anyone know where to get a good deal on the 916's?

  5. I'm looking into a set of DMC 916 for one of my banshee's. I noticed that they offer a Show Chrome and standard plating. I was just curious on how good the standard plating is, and how it compares to the plating of the T-5? Is it worth the extra for the Show Chrome or is the standard Plating pretty good?
  6. If your looking for a NEW frame I just bought one from my local dealer and it cost a little over $500.
  7. Pipes are sold.. Just waiting on payment from BigRed
  8. I got a set of Shearer Inframe small bores I bought last spring from Jim at Passion. They have about 3 hours ride time and some dyno time. They do have some normal rub marks and discoloration from mounting and riding. They dont have any dents or cracks at all. I used spark arrestors on the silencers and the cheap screws the store sold me for them broke off in the end caps and the end caps have some scratches from taking the spark arrestors on and off. I gave them a quick hand polish job to clean them up I'm asking 370.00 shipped. pics of the broken screws in the silencers the Inside of the expansion sections
  9. I had the complete National Kit on my banshee. I wouldn't pay anything extra for the work but it was a great motor. I had the National "Hi-Rev" porting with the PT "Hi-Rev" pipes. It was great for duning and the every now and then drag. It did good and held its own on the drag strip against eqaully built machines, but I would look else where if your looking for a drag bike. It Didn't have much on the bottom with the Hi-Rev pipes and Hi-Rev porting so it wasn't very trail friendly but made a great Duner. Overall I would recommend it, I just wouldn't pay extra for it to say "national" on the jug.
  10. My toomey's were 102 with bad packing, 100 with fresh packing.
  11. Would that happen to be labor day weekend? If it was, There was alot of nice Banshee's out that weekend. Tyson had quite a few of them. This one really stood out!
  12. Bike won't run without the CDI pluged in.. rider wieght should be a factor also.
  13. I should be hitting the dyno sometime in march for some tuning. If I can find a set of the SRP's cheap enough I'll throw them in on one of my dyno runs and see how they compare to the VF3's. I dont expect them to show better numbers then the VF's.
  14. 22cc at sea level should be 145psi while stock should be 130. so the 22cc domes is still higher compression then stock.
  15. Last time I got checked it wasn't a holiday weekend and my T-5's were at 102db. They turned me away. I repacked and they let me through with 98db. Now I just load it in my truck and all they do is check for spark arrestors and they wave me through.
  16. True...
  17. When I worked at the dealer, We always used Bel-Ray foam filter oil. That stuff is super tacky. Also PJ1 extra tacky is good too. If you looking for somthing that cleans a little easier or want somthing thats easier to apply, KLOTZ foam filter oil is pretty good. I've used some others too but these are the ones that I found worked the best.
  18. I liked the PT mids
  19. I'm about a 1/2 hour north of Bay City MI, in a lil' city called Standish....
  20. I agree.. make sure you dont have a leak then start looking elsewhere..
  21. Dennis Packard seems to like the lectrons..I know he has had a few fast shee's.. I use PWK's myself but If I could find a set of Lectrons at a decent price I cant say I would try them.
  22. mabye electrical? check coil and Pick-up coil gap..
  23. I'd agree with 35's
  24. Kinda what I was thinkin.. When the DS and raptor first came out my shee was near stock... I always got beat by about 2-3 bikes. Maybe I just wasn't a good rider in my youger days
