  1. Yep.. ur right. The one just above the main intake is the boost port.
  2. KL seal kit from your local dealer.. around $40 Vito's sells a kit also for $25ish.. can find some ebay generic crap for $20 shipped..
  3. maybe.. maybe not. I personally feel that thet the gains from spacers are minimal if any. They should only be used to clear the clutch actuator... I was just stating the theory behind spacing the carb away from the reed cage. When I used a spacer I put it between the carbs and reeds. There was a guy awhile back that did some dyno work with spacers... but.. i'm not searchin for it.. lol
  4. Yes.. that would be backloading.. Any time you use engine braking.. is bad.
  5. I dont think you'd see the advantages of a V-force with that setup (I've had the national hi-rev porting on my dune bike). The chariot cages would be best or a good set of boyesen's on stock cages would be fine. The VF3's dont start to really shine over the rest until you get into serious drag porting and the bigger builds. I used VF3's in my 421 cub. My brother is building a 10mil cub.. but were gonna try a set of the chariot cages and compare them to the VF3's when we get a chance to get it to the dyno. IMO I think the chariot cages would perform the best on the small engines/builds.
  6. Yep.. that was the problem I ran into.. Most of the tracks around me didn't allow quads. That and I didn't feel like wrecking my $7k + new quad. lol
  7. In theory.. the longer intake tracts have better velocity..
  8. I used Banshee pistons in my 68mm cub. All depends on the dome configuration. Although the blaster pistons are the more popular choice.
  9. I can't beleive them things arn't gone yet... Their practically new. Someone better jump on them quick!
  10. K&T makes them.. but I dont want to shell out 325 for a dang head..
  11. the super cub cannot use the stock head. only the standard cubs can use the stock head. but will require big bore domes for the 68mm versions.
  12. I was going to race MX and hare scambles awhile back with my 450.. but changed my mind.
  13. Nicely done Eric.. that bike is imaculate... and all this time when you said you were polishing... we thought you meant somthing else
  14. I use a lightend flywheel on my banshee..(I'm 220lbs) I havn't noticed any loss of inertia.. but the motor does rev up considerably faster. And I havn't had any problems with starting..
  15. Here is some pictures of my lil turd...
  16. Sounds good!! let me know when/if you get started on them.
  17. Jetting probably wont be right since the dump tubes have been drilled out for alky..
  18. Get with Evan and Dave. Best deal your gonna find right there.
  19. I wish they NOSS made a head for my DM.. (hint. hint..) lol
  20. ummmm...... ok my post wasn't a question. But I guess if you feel the need......
  21. If you smoke a belt.. is it stil useable? sometimes.. and sometimes NOT.. if its not.. then its BROKE. Some people use 'smokin' as a Synonym of breaking, buddy.
  22. I guess i'm confused by this... How does a boost bottle/ x-over tube help keep a belt from breaking on the trails?
  23. looks similar to the rhino heads..
  24. It was a noticeable difference.. We ran it on a stock port stock stroke 350 with nothing but T-5's and pods.. It was on Boo_69's bike. I'd recommend a pingle fuel valve if your going to be doing any runs longer then 500'.
