IM sorry guys ! you all can say pc's aint got no bottom but they do ! I've never been able to get out west and ride in the sand but we got some big ass hills here and lots of em aint got much of a run way ! My pc's aint never givin me any prob's commmin outa the top !! And they're easy as shit to keep clean and rust free !!I say pc's !!

You can get the O-ring set at your local dealer , as for what you have there it kinda sounds like you might be missing some ? There should be O-rings to go on the head bolts , and by the way you did get longer head bolts with that didn't you ? Anyway the O-ring set is like 20 or 30 bucks and yea it might be a good idea to go ahead and replace it since you allready got it apart and your not to sure if the O-rings you have are any good ? It's a peice a cake man ! If you think your gona have any problems just take some pictures during the tare down ... Hope that helps a little

You can also fill the crank case up with kerosene ! Its oil based so It wont @#$% anything up , put it on a jack or somethin and start it and run it threw the gears and back down to 1st , shut it of and drain . Add oil , run it around the yard a couple times and dump the oil again and refill . Should be good to go . Its like giving your crank case a good bath !

Ok here's my question , I live in West Virginia so you could imagine what kind of terrian we ride in ! muddy , rocky , dusty , you name it , we got it ! I've riddin for years and nobody I've riddin with has removed the front fenders ! But it seems like everybody on her is assbackwards ? I would like to remove my front fenders but I was wondering ? Do you get a face full of rocks ? mudd ? ect.. I just keep imagining going down a backroad and getting a rock stuck in my melon ! So what do you all think ? Cut it ? Or not ? .. Thanks in advance..

I'd have to give my vote to the roll offs! I like something that lasts.. although I'm not to sure on prices ? I've never priced the tear offs? I know the rolls are kinda pricey..

Mine kept stripping out so I rethreded to bigger size with coarse thred !! now I aint got no probs...

If all else fails cut the 2 mounting bars off and stop buy a auto garage or muffler shop and have it welded back strait ......

This may sound crazy but I cut a thick peice of alumium and drilled 2 holes in it and stuck it in between the frame and the bars to kinda push them out just a little . It helped mine a little . Just thought that might be usfull ? I aslo only used the 2 mounting spots back at the seat to hold it down and I never had a problem with it comming loose or whatever...
