depend's on what and where your gona be ridding? sounds like you need to go up one in the front cause your gona loose a little on top withthose smaller tires..

No it doesn't take place of the cover , you gota pop those covers off and then pop out the old bushings. If you've been ridding awhile you probably want to do this cause I'm sure there due ? They also make a kit to replace the brass bushings for bearings ! More money but worth it to me ...

For some reason this seems to be pretty normal , try turning the gas on a couple of minutes before you kick it . It always seems to do the trick... -
Are your slides insink ? Did you check to make sure there clean and free of debree?

Tranny stickin/not shifting

This might be a long shot but last summer I lost the sir clip and the claw washer that holds the idler gear on came off and I was stuck in 3rd gear almost all day !! It sucked . Maybe you got somethin washing around in there ? -
You ever look up into your exhaust yet ? See if those skirts are still alive? I'd be yankin those jugs , see whats going on ? I'd also think about gettin rid of that green stuff and put some engine ice in when it goes back together...

I'm running 22cc domes with a .40 over bore and it runs like mad!! I think anything under 21cc your suppossed to run the good stuff . We do alot of trail ridding and all that , all I run is 93 octain and like I said it runs great ! you'll love it !!

Iv'e found if you just ask your dealer they'll usualy give it to you ! When they install new ones they always gota cut some off and they usualy have a pile of it in the back , atleast mine does !

Only thing there good for is if you have a clearence isue!! dont need , I say wasted money ....

The skirt is a good sign that the Rings needed to be replaced , drain all the coolent and start yankin ! You can also yank the pipes off and look up into the cylinders ! good view of the skirts!!

Damn ! you had better luck than I did! I was at the bottom of a mountain all way in the valley ! I had to be towed out buy a kingquad and that sucked !

Doesn't sound to promising !! I went threw that last summer and blew the skirt off the bottom of the piston! You could actually bang on the pipe and here chunks in bottom...

Swingarm question.......

This might be an old topic buy now but I just couldn't imagine paying that much to lengthin a stock swingarm ? I done mine myself with 3" cold rolled steel , and run the piss outa it . Its never givin me a problem and im still running the stock spring...you should be able to get this done for 75 or a 100 bucks at the most .. maybe its a west coast thing?
