So I was installing a new clutch cable in my 01 banshee the other day. I got the old one off with no problem but couldn't get the new one on. I kept moving the arm back and forth trying to get the cable through it. I noticed it made a "popping" sound and now when i let the clutch lever out real slow, the shee will just sit there like i am still holding the clutch in. However if i let the clutch lever "snap" out like as if i was shifting real fast, it will disengage just fine... What the heck happened?
I'm thinking it's the spring that's under that arm and may have jumped a revolution. If so, What is the easiest way to wind that spring back up without removing the carbs.
I am mechanically inclined, I'm just not familiar with banshee's. (Cough, Cough...former honda rider!) Don't hate me lol
Any help will be appreciated!
