+1 the rpms are way lower and their being cooled by fresh water vs recycled water that at that time period and rpms does not get the chance to cool down

as far as weight yes a jarm frame is lighter then a a-arm frame.

different paints bond differently to different plastics....its the flex additive that you will need and done correctly if you dont want it to look like crap after one wreck or after time of fenders bouncing up and down.

sounds like it just needs adjustment..if you cant take it out at the lever youll have to adjust it on the basket.

wow 20min hahahahah I wouldnt sustain any one prolonged rpm with a 2 stroke...Id say you melted the pistons where then the piston skirt has either cracked or broke all the way off which is lodged in the side of your cylinder ...possibe rod and crank damage! It depends on how deep the groove is but you can bore .100 over although I wouldnt go further then .80 personally

1)yes 2)no 3)no...more then likely once you port your cylinders it would be helpfull to run bigger carbs.I would get rid of the fmfs as well and go with either toomeys or cpis for a dunner or trail/play port.

your rich...how many turns out are your airscrews?? try turning those out a couple full turns out then sounds like your clip on your needle needs moved if you dont have anymore room to move the clip you need leaner needles....but something simple make sure both slides are opening all the way at the same times on your carbs.

wow thats cheap I pay 9$ for a quart of klotz...man dont go cheap on maintnence of your bike you got all that money invested you dont want to see a rebuild because of oil...Id run either klotz R50 or super techniplate.

if you want it to look very good I would suggest letting someone who paints professionally do it...plastic on bikes with lots of flex is quite a chor,,on your a-rms other metal parts I would sand blast or strip them,primer then paint about 3 or 4 coats on it and youd be good to go.

I agree I wouldnt want to wait 6months either but if you know anything about porting is the more time they spend with them the better they will run.I know guys who can port a set of cylinders have 10 + hours in them..let them sit on the shelf and a couple days later go back and say man I need to get this this and this...I give it to anybody who ports Ive done it and you CANNOT sit there and start a port and continue till its done youll go freaking crazy,,,
