No need to modify anything they should bolt right up. Just make sure you use intake gaskets on both sides for a tight seal.

Yes you will have an air leak, save yourself and wallet some money and by the right intake fitted for the 26mm carbs your using.

Yes, If you already have one 35mm PWK carb you just need to call up a sponser and order the same exact carb. You will need bigger intakes, bigger pods, and more jets.

I would say its time for a 4mill Crank, 4mill ported cylinders, and some 28 or 33mm PWK carbs. You will have no problem beating stock or even worked 4 strokes.

I run them on my bike also and they will make you endo for sure.

If the clutch is engaging as it should with no lag then it should be good. I would also put some fresh spark plugs in also. This will allow you to know that everything has been freshened up.

I would say change the tranny fluid, drain the gas tank and put fresh mix & gas, check the clutch make sure its working properly and not burned up. Clean the carbs out and check your jetting to ensure your not running to lean. Always remember that someone selling you a bike may not always be honest with you, so you have to treat it as if it needs a full tune up/service.
