You can get swingarm bearings from any of the site sponsers. You should contact Tim Stellar for some new J-Arms with replacable ball joints. I dont think you can repair the stock ball joints once there shot.

You need to freshen up your swingarm bearings, front bushings, make sure your front ball joints are good. Also check to make sure all bolts are tight and your front camber is setup properly.

T5 pipes I would say are better, but FMF are good pipes as well.

Got a set of Trinity Stage IV Pipes & Silencers. The right side pipe hanger need some repair but should be an easy fix (see picture), but has been re-drilled and mounted up just fine on a bike that I parted out. There not great condition b/c you said "some rust/chipping on the inside of pipes" NO ONE is going to pay $400 for some pipes that show wear and improper care of them. If they were mint with just some bluing then yea they would be worth the $400. $250 shipped is my offer.

Tusk clutch kit is a good clutch for stock play bikes. I have one in my bike and it works great. I would say go ahead and buy it, Rockymountainatv.com has them for $40 with steels.

I usually just set the camber by eye and then ride the bike to insure its riding straight and just make adjustments accordingly. As far as your compression I would think you would need straight race gas.

The kit is complete with a 35mm PWK carb, manifolds, airbox adapter, oring, throttle cable, and intake manifold (everything pictured is what you get).
