  1. No you can't. And besides, real men don't need reverse. We don't go somewhere that we didn't mean too. Really though, I thought I would miss reverse on a banshee, but I didn't miss it that much. It would be nice every once in awhile, but its not that bad. You'd be amazed how small of an area it takes to turn around.
  2. aaahh, is someone on their period
  3. 100 mph stock, really?
  4. I think he's trying to get more specific than that (I'd like to to know to). What is cut, on what gears.
  5. It comes with 200s stock. Im running 240s right now without the airbox lid, and its perfect for cold weather. 230s for summer.
  6. Of course I know, you know? At least I think so
  7. I see what you're saying. And they could have made some good changes for cheap too, they're just too worried about the 4 strokes. Hell, contract out to an aftermarket company to put pipes on it from the factory. Get some better shocks (not like they build them, so they don't have to worry about tooling costs). And better tires, minimal cost, and it would make the banshee a whole lot better out the door.
  8. Same thing happened to me when I bought my DID xring. It was too long at first, so I cut a link out, and it was damn near too short. It had about a 1/4 inch of slack, maybe. Worked out though, Ive only had to adjust it twice in the past couple of years
  9. I think all this stuff with charlie is the funniest shit Ive ever read on the internet. His grandkids are going to be embarassed to be related to him.
  10. Damn, thats great, I can't take myself away from it.
  11. 10 mm, or a little less than half an inch of toe-in.
  12. Yeah, the rear shock isn't that bad. I would worry about the front shocks before I even messed with the back. They will limit you long before the back will.
  13. Only if you don't have a wing
  14. Email him a picture of a banshee engine, see what he says.
  15. Hell no I wouldn't do it I think it would work, but I also think its stupid. Plus Ive never been a big fan of K&N. The fine clay dust around here goes right through them. Nothing but foam for me.
  16. I don't know why, but somehow I knew.
  17. 1.5 liters, little less than 1.5 quarts. You should be fine with the oil your using, although most people would say there are better things to use. I use ATF type F, and my tranny feels like butter.
  18. Could be the spindle. I have one tire that does the same thing (surprisingly its the same side my avatar came from ) . You could either buy a new one for $230, or just buy some new a-arms, and set the camber on each wheel so they end up right. Or it could be the frame, but either way, with camber adjustable a-arms, you can fix it.
  19. They're talking about a whole new lid that K&N makes, thats a filter. So as long as you plug up the drain hole in the bottom of the airbox, it would be sealed, and you would be fine without a filter (as long as it has or can use a rubber seal to really seal the lid).
  20. Right..... Just like you were serious with your first topic Stupid questions get stupid answers.
  21. Ah, but see, its all about the SSP, otherwise known as Strategic Sticker Placement. You have to place the stickers in places where people will see them no matter where they are. You have to have 4 of each sticker, in places where they won't affect your aerodynamic coefficient, and will help your weight balance, but you also have to make sure that you can see at least one of each sticker no matter where you are. Trust me it works, I have a 125 hp banshee that hasn't even been ported yet. I learned from the best, Honda civic guys
  22. Well, I have my shee apart right now for a rebuild since it had 125 lbs of compression with 21 cc domes at sea level (ring gap of over .060). It had some small scratches in the cylinder, so I was going to bore it, but the local shop wants $80 bucks a jug to bore it. For one, they suck, and are overpriced on everything, and 2 they are incompetent. So the only thing I buy from them is pre mix, just cuz its convinient, but I know I can find somewhere cheaper that I trust more with my jugs than them. So who can bore them for a good price (preferrably in the southeast)? I don't have enough money to port it right now, so thats out of the question, pistons and boring is all I can afford right now.
