  1. Gotta love the feeling of kicking over 180psi compression. Just run 4+ timing and straight c110. Fuck it.
  2. I wouldnt buy anything from this PIECE OF SHIT! BUYER BE WARNED!!!!!
  3. SOMEBODY MAKE AN OFFER!!
  4. UPDATE - 40 BUCKS SHIPPED I NEED THESE GONE.
  5. The springs are yellow. I will calculate shipping when I get to work tonight so that I can weight them and everything to be sure. I do take paypal.
  6. Changed to a YFZ front clip and no longer need these. They do not look new but they are not thrashed either. Good stock shock and still in good shape. 25 + shipping and they are yours.
  7. PICS ASAP!
  8. Try turning the air screws in and see if it gets worse or better. I bet its a bit to rich you might end up droping the needles 1 clip. Try the air screws first.
  9. I ran your exact setup about a year and half ago. I ran a 280 main, stock 25 pilot cant remember where the needle was or the air screws. You do not need a bigger pilot though. You should be close where you are just try fine tuning with the needle and air screws.
  10. They steer really easy with 70hp or so and the front end hanging off the ground in 4th gear. Its like turning in air............
  11. 450s were designed for girls. Banshee's for men. Buy a bowflex.
  12. Just rode my banshee for the first time since my YFZ swap. I bought the spacers from 2003LimitedBanshee and pieced everything together myself. Still have the banshee spindles. Anyways to the good stuff. This bike rides AWESOME. So much better than stock. I railed over stuff that used to beat me to death at twice the speed today. Trully an awesome upgrade not to mention way more stable. I recomend this to anyone that is a do it yourself person that wants to get off alot cheaper than 600 plus for wider a arms and good shocks. The front end hieght was no problem to me at all. I even climbed across some rocks and very rough terrain. The front is still higher than the back by along ways. Its awesome. DO IT!
  13. Awesome thanks alot guys. Going to order up some 18cc domes. Should put me in the 180 range. Think I will just drop a nut and buy new intakes and 33 pwk carbs also. Its only money right you only live once haha.
  14. All of the above is correct. Best of luck to ya.
  15. Anybody else?
  16. Overall a much quicker bike or will I be sacraficing much top end power? Thanks alot guys for the quick responses.
  17. I am currently running a 20cc head on my motor and run 150psi. I dont mind running race gas. I am thinking about changing to 18cc domes hoping for around 180psi compression. I already mix 50/50 c110/91. For the amount of riding I do I dont mind the price of gas. My crank is welding and Jeff at Fast racing just built my motor. The porting was done by Eric Gorr awhile ago but the bottom end is all new. So...... Motor Stock bore and stroke Dune port job t5 pipes Stock carbs but soon to upgrade to either 28s or 33s before or at same time as domes Vforce reeds +4 timing advance Welded Crank Tranni Mods K&N pods Who is running this much compression and what gas? How does it run? hat should I worry about? Will I notice a nice increase over what I am running now? THANK ALOT GUYS
  18. Very cool and easy. Make it fit. Then send me one!
  19. My bike has more low end that it used to but it really has a ton of midrange. I asked that he do more of a midrange up port job. Not the basic woods but Im sure that bigger carbs should still wake it up either way right. Where is a good place to get 33s at and will they fit my stock boots and my k&n pods. Also what is a good compression to run for more power without killing my bike or my top end. I run about 150psi right now with 20cc domes at sea level. I dont mind running 100 octane gas or a mix. I run c110 and 91 right now mix. I have heard of other riders on here running 18cc domes and 19cc domes or as to say 170-180 psi compression. So will the new carbs make a pretty noticable increase and what about the compression. Will she rip even harder?
  20. I have never heard the leaning out problem before but I will stick with dual carbs either way I think. Hell I already have the carb syc tool haha. Im probley going to look more towards 33mm tops though. I dont think I have enough motor or porting to need 35s
  21. I thought about running a single carb before but I hate to give up that top end power band. Lol thats why I still havent bought any carbs I guess. I want to continue running gas though no alky. Problely going to bump the compression up to around 180psi once I get my carbs done too. How do single carbs compare to dual carbs when ripping through the gears hauling ass?
  22. I thought about running these carbs http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/30MM-D-slid...152917332QQrdZ1 I would like something like this because I know it will work with my stock boots. My boots and air cleaners have literally only 3 rides on them. Hate to trash can something I know is in really good shape I just payed for not to long ago. If 33s will fit though I might just think about that too. Let me know guys. I know alot of guys on here have run Eric Gorr's standard ports jobs im excited to hear what carbs you ran and if it was a big increase in power or not.
