does anyone have a picture of where you put a crankcase filter? is it jsut the small hose that connects to a t up by the gas tank?

if i have the direct clamp ons will it work on my bike? how should it be mounted? should i just drill through top of the filter? also banshee stock carbs do not have hex nuts on the bottom of it so where do i put the hose from the adjustment dial to the bottom of the carb?

i heard nickel plated but then u wouldnt be able to hone them right?

i was looknig at my cylinders and noticed a scratch on the left side can it just be honed out?

on ebay they got a long rod crankshaft i want to buy. it comes with the 795 pistons and all the gaskets and everything needed. i have a mild port and polish if i do the long rod setup will i have to change my porting?

besides ebay where is the cheapest place to get 28mm carbs for my banshee

i understand what youre saying but he said if u want to be lazy u might as well get a single cylinder quad because ur just not gonna get the same amount of power u can with a dual carb setup since their are 2 cylinders. and please its not hard to change jets on these carbs. but to me its not worth it and i respect other peoples opinions and im just saying u want to spend pretty much 500 u might as well spend it on something well worth it

do not get 1 carb. i talked to lrd and they told me a friend of theirs got on the dyno with a port job done and the 2 to 1 done. he lost 8 horsepower they sttrongly advised me not to do it. this is a true story do not waste your money

do u have to replace the clutch cover gasket if u take the clutch cover off?

so im at the sand dunes and i go through 1st the nsecond then third and it stop shifting up i pull the clutch in to shift up. nothing. its like it let me shift into 6th gear when i shouldnt have been there . its so wierd i dont know what to do. maybe im missing shifts. can anyone help?

that srp ram air reed cage from magic racing theyre 150 and they claim 6 hp over stock and 1.5 more than vforce. im just wondering how long they will last. like any reliability issues or does anyone knows what theyre like. thanks for any help.

im having that problem too just not as bad. you say the pipe is cold on the left mine was on the right. i rode it around and was like woa ok its really boggy from 1/4 till i hit the band. then i noticed this huge amount of gas that came out of the carb vent hoses . well i assumed it was a sticky float. it looked fine when i took it out but i was definately too rich so i jetted down from a 310 to a 280 main. running ok ok right now. not perfect. it isnt the carbs that arent in sync because they were when i was having the problem. it has to to be the float getting stuck but why?

yea u guys are right. ill be using it more for riding dunes nad woods riding, so thats why i asked the question of fuel usage, because i dont wnant to get stranded you know?

there have been plenty of 2into 1 carb convos. with the 35mm setup are u using more gas then you would with the stockers? i know its an old brought out question but can anyone with the setup tell me if it is worse on gas or not. thanks for any unbiased answers

when i purchased my banshee it came with the tors kit removed and new carb tops. well im wondering if the 2 brass screw, 1 on each carb is the idle screw or the air/mixture screw. please help im very confused, the only thing on the side of the carbs as far as an adjustabvble screw is that. it is a brass color.
