Looking to see if anyone has ever seen a sport quad with a white frame. Buddy has a 03 raptor(only rides in sand) and wants to powder coat his frame white to set off his black plastics. Has anyone ever seen a white frame?? Thanks
I ran mine in indiana at US 41 dragway in Morroco just south of Cedar Lake (northwest part of state) a few years back. I think they still let quads go.
sport 400 polaris is what i ride all winter and in extreme muddy conditions. I even plow snow with it in the winter. I haven't touched it except for a starter 2 years ago. Polaris makes relieable quads i think. Mines bone stock and may be adding some goddies on it one day. Keep us updated-thanks
I think most shops around (will county)here $200 for frame to get done. Check out mirrorlook.com there in naperville. I worked on the guys hot tub that has the spiderman bike and it was pretty superb. i dont know if they powdercoat.
I bought my quad and it had the pep one in a box of parts. Is that mounting block piece made for a shee. Just though maybe mines been installed last 3 years wrong????
I am going with 2 other buds on Feb 10th and 11th--Let me know if you want to meet up. If you want some info were staying at some cheap hotel in town. I have to work on saturday so we will get there sat nite and ride all day sunday and maybe monday. Steve
Its really hit or miss with the weather. I go more in April,May, September, and October due to work. Sand depends on rain and wind. I love it when the sand is like sugar
I was out there on Sunday on my Polaris(dont know why banshee is still down :: )DNR lady said shes never seen the dunes like that. Pretty cool I thought-lots of small jumps. Seen I guy right there on test hill get taken out in a stretcher about 2:30 on Sunday. They think he broke his shoulder  See you guys next year.
I prefer the old hq--the dark screen for me is hard to read and scrolling side to side is a pain in the butt. Not one who really likes changes Guess i will have to get used to it.
