Thanks for the link BellicoseBanshee. I called them up and rode on friday with the wife. Pretty tall center dune out there. ROde a 400ex and she rode a 250ex. Had a great time-Wife really enjoyed it-I really enjoyed something different than skyscraper hotels/casinos. Thanks again!!

I myself like the different terrain once in awhile too. I usually go there a few times in the winter months-will post when i go. Yeah banshees are like a rare breed now days

Going to vegas in a couple of weeks for a week long honeymoon!! I see they have atv tours and was wondering if any of them are worth spending $$ on.-Has any one been on one or live in vegas that could clue me in. Now i know there not banshees and etc but it would be cool to do something different with the wife. Shes only rode twice and is not a big fan but I think it would be cool. Thanks, Steve

For the time being till you get your air box I have the same setup and had a problem with the filter getting swamped(no air box) when I went on a riding trip after a monsoon rain. what i did was take a 2 liter and cut the end(cap side) and cut a oval where it would go on the top and zip tied it on my filter--got me through the weekend--my bike would not bog as bad and ran ok all weekend with no fouled plugs. Hope this helps for the time being.

I will be there on sunday march 4th-should be a muddy mess. Will be on my polaris to keep somewhat dry. Was there 2 weeks ago and it was the best time i had there due to about 3inches of snow and frozen ground. My riding buddies should be there all weekend
