2 months? that doesnt seem long enough. Wait till they are at least 4" long. they should have some heat it you eat them with the seeds.
I've been having the wife make me poppers. Top off, scoop out seeds, fill with a mix of cream cheese & shreded Motzarella. (she fills a plastic bag with the mix, cuts a small corner of the bag and squirts it in. like an icing bag) top with a 1/3 slice of bacon, toothpik through it to hold. We got these chili grills that hold peppers. just an aluminum piece with holes in it. got them from Walmart.
