  1. LED is the first place you should call.
  2. Turbo Banshees are a rare unicorn type breed. Finding one that runs consistently is even rarer. If you wanna know what it's gonna take, start looking at what the Snowmobile market is doing. Lots of success in that niche. There just isn't enough banshee specific builds out there running consistently well, and nobody is sharing the info for free. First research the fueling needs of a two stroke. Then start reading everything on the Micro Squirt forums. Knowledge base is pure gold over there. I'd honestly try to get the EFI sorted out on a running motor before even boosting it. It'll be better to melt a NA motor then melt a motor and turbo as well. Maybe boost a stock cylinder set up first. Cheaper to practice on then a 521 mono jug set up. It's a rich man's game and even the best are melting parts. Last, think very hard about how you intend to keep that boost in the cases. That's the part every one forgets. I've never turbocharged a banshee, but I've had my fair of turbo two stroke snowmobiles. The sled guys are ahead of the Atv crowd.
  3. ^ what the silly dude said.
  4. Barf
  5. Fuck the clamp on stuff. Toomey has a tip that goes right in to the end of the silencer. One big snap ring lets you switch from the normal tips to their USFS tips. Pretty TITS once you got a decent set of snap ring pliers. You could even make a good set out of long handle Needle Nose pliers. I'd imagine you may have to make stingers or weld the Toomeys on.
  6. Make sure to keep your second collar (on the clear plug)on yours in case the CDI plug doesn't come with it.
  7. Put it where it likes to be and move the bars side to side to verify its happy. Zip tie
  8. If you got coin, hit up Matt Whitbread. He's got the EFI thing down.
  9. Exactley. If it's not shifting, something is Fucky.
  10. Well, I'd be hesitant to run something I wasn't sure exactley how much timing it was adding. An OEM unit will typically be more reliable and you can use a simple timing plate to add timing of you want.
  11. Not sure if the CDI is an old Dyna or not but could be. Definitely look for a 98^ CDI if you want to switch. The comment you made about the hollow sound in the higher gears is usually indicative of lean condition. Can you post pics of the stator for us to tell you what you got there as well?
  12. How many balls in the slingshot. You'd be surprised how much power you can hold with less then what is reccomended by directions.
  13. Depends on the company. But it's probably the same clutch and steel pack with stiffer springs in the drag one.
  14. Which pipe am I spending money on? Or who do I have to let my girlfriend blow to get someone to tell me?
  15. It's way more then $300 ☹
  16. Well fix it and post the graphs before the Russians hack Cam's computer and they are gone forever.
  17. Just runs with the LED's? Or did Cam find a set of the big bore snipers?
  18. I want the front wheels n' tires if they are not dry rotted. The bandit AT's are the hot ticket on ice.
