  1. unplug the blackbox under the left side of gas tank, the two wires at the top of the carbs and that one coming from the thumb throttle...did i forget any fellas?

  7. those are a bitch... take a flathead screwdriver and a hammer..position the flathead on top of the bolt faceing down as if your going to turn it...smack it with the hammer and itll pop loose...just enough for u to spin it out...go to the stealership and get some new screws!!!

  10. its going to take me forever to type thing.. well i was doing demo work on a highend home and was using a sawzall..happend so fast cant remember..but pulled the trigger with my finger on the blade and the thing sucked my finger in it...luckly it only ripped my skin off.....but damn it hurts...doctors said ill probably have nerve damage but no amputation

  12. yeah for sure ....yeah 20 over means ...something like .020 inches i believe is taken off the the cylinder wall...maybe an engine builder could chime in to clear this up for a few...

  18. top speed doesnt meen shit..yeah im defending suzuki cause i own one...but it does have 18 inch tires in the back...put 20's or even 22's on it then see how it compares to a yfz..its geared to race on a track not a dragstrip...i wont buy one cause i dont race..or what do i know...maybe its the biggest waste of time huh? hehe lets see who wins the gncc this year...that outta tell you a lot. think how much power suzuki squeezed from the z400 ...they'll get er done... later

  20. ahh ...i had this same problem....did plug chops for a week and didnt know htey had to be in that way...u need to rejet it...rejet the pilot and the adjust the clip on the needle...try kicking it with the choke out...if thats the case and it starts when the choke is out with the slides in correct u are way lean on the pilot circuit..dont mess with the main as htat is just for high on the throttle ...keep us posted...later
  21. screw the idle screws in on the tors kit.........in idle up...out idle down...
  22. id make certain that you have enough material taken off of the idle screws when u installed the tors removal..eff with those idle screws...you did put those on didnt ya?
  23. ive heard nothing good about trinity...except there cv2 carb!
  24. i would try and eliminate the key switch first. there not being enough power through that crimpcap isnt going to be the problem. check your grounds dude...good luck!
