  1. I think i can make this work... gm is shut down for a while in July, let me check and see when the dates are.....
  2. egn needles worked really well in my pwks.... start fat and work your way down
  3. welcome aboard nick! good to hear business is good for ya jeff! we got the little ol 4 mill all tuned up and ready to run some 3's this year.... jr and I are gonna send ya some pics and stuff when it does it!
  4. turn the choke nobs in till they stop turning..... the pj's use the choke nob as the idle adjustment. if they are to far out the engine will lean rev like your talking. also try and get your slides down as far as you can so if it does run away all ya do is let off the throttle and it should kill the motor.
  5. right next to shayne at yogi! gonna be rollin in around 2:30-3pm friday so are the early birds gonna try and get vouchers? lol
  6. my play bike would start to weld itself now and then and the clutch would not disingauge.... shut it down and let it cool and it would work fine..... I would suggest you get a pancake bearing in your pressure plate... its pretty much a must when running a lock up
  7. are you running a pancake bearing in the clutch pressure plate? if you are not you may be welding the clutch ball to the rod causing the clutch to act up and or burn out. I would ditch the stock clutch and by one from a sponsor on here.... the stockers even with a lock up do not hold very well
  8. I need a couple more things...... I need, a radiator a set of foot pegs a steering stem a stator a fly wheel and the clutch rod
  9. billet bowls cut one float off, .125 main and dumps, 60 pilot been running this setup for 3 years on my 4 mill cub on the same set of pistons. 39 pwks gravity fed...... if the bike noses over at all while you are in the gas I would get out of it and find a way to get more fuel to it. you have to remember alky burns at twice the rate of gas... so how ever much gas you where running, you have to double it. I would be worried about sucking the tank dry in 15 labs. I go threw 1.5 gals in about 3 passes running 300 ft at a time.
  10. you gonna be up there for memorial weekend to jd?
  11. do you have silencers for them?
  12. Found one
  13. thats all I can think of....
  14. I just wanted to let it be known that TNTS355 is a stand up guy, and I wish there where more people in the world like him. I bought a trued and welded crank from him a week or two ago and he shipped it right out to me in a timely manner, upon receiving the crank I quickly glanced it over and pmed him to let him know that I had received it and that it looked good. The crank sat on the bench for a couple days till I had time to install it into a set of cases. When I went to install it I happened to notice that one of the rods was bent, so I pm'ed TNTS355 again and let him know we had a problem.... he quickly pm'ed me back and sent me his phone number.... we chated on the phone for a bit, I told him I could ship him the crank and he said dont worry about it, I then offered to take a pic of the crank and send it to him just to show him I wasnt tryin to pull a fast one or anything, he said na he believed me and it was not necessary.About 10mins later I received a refund in full. So I just wanted to jump on here and thank him for being a stand up guy, and for doing the right thing. Its really to bad that there is not more people in the world like him...........
