if your gonna go 4mill cub, I would get it ported... there is more to be had out of the as cast setup... not as much as a set of stockers, but there is more in them, the 4mill cubs use a 115 rod and they use a 68mm blaster piston, the cub cylinders are taller than stockers so you dont have to run a spacer plate or cut into the domes, you can run a stock head on a cab if you have it milled and rechambered for the big bore, or you can run big bore domes with an aftermarket head, I would pick a site sponsor on here and give him a call, talk it over with him as far as what you plan on doing with the bike etc... they should be able to get ya the right crank, rods, pistons, domes etc.... they should also be able to help ya out with bike setup... because any good racers knows that just because you have a 100hp motor, dont mean its gonna be fast without the correct chassis setup.... if you plan on drag only, alky is the only way to fly....

anyone have a blaster frame that wanna get rid of?? it does not have to be perfect.... I am gonna cut the front of of it and graft it on to my pit bike so it has dual a arms.... let me know what ya got and how much...... the cheaper the better

I was gonna say if you ported your stock cages you should look into getting some one piece reeds...... tdr makes a set.... what I mean by that is there is not a slit in the middle of the peddle where it sits on the cage.....

sounds like the clutch is adjusted perfect if the arrows are lined up with light pressure

my rdz out of frames fit great and worked great....

messed with before this started was rewiring my stock kill-lightswitch. what did you do here?? if the problem was not there before ya messed with this, and no its there I would undo what ever you did..... careful with the kick back I have seen them kick back hard enough to break the clutch cover....

have you ever rode anything with an over ride trans? make sure to not back load the trans or you will bend shift forks and you will have to split the cases to fix it......

what over ride do you plan on going with? most of the over ride transmissions I have seen remove 6th gear... so no your a gear down.... yes some companies are cutting 1-6 trannys but if you are doing anything other than drag racing good luck getting it to hold up....

just drill it out and re tap the hole..... hate to see a self tapper fall out and let the cable come out... that could be bad... just think come flying up to something expecting the clutch to disengage when ya pull the leaver only to find out its unhooked.... seems like a good way to get hurt....

check the head and the top of the cylinders and make sure they are true and flat... had this problem on my 4 mill and ended up being to tight of squish and the top of the cylinder was not completely flat do you know what the dump tube is drilled to in the carbs? cause if its not drilled bigger than the main jets you have in it putting bigger mains in it will not add anymore fuel.... also are you running power jets? I have had no problems running my 4 mill cub 660ft with no pump.... just 39mm pwks and billet bowls....

I am down to running fuel lines changing out an axle and installing plastics.... I hope it starts.... lol I am not sure what time Ill be there... I was shooting for noon but I have a job interview tomorrow at 11 so its gonna be alittle later....

mine is only adjustable on the top bar... and I believe you want it to be about 90% of your wheel base... so say around 6ft....

just build ya alittle mount like the pic I drew up for ya... the front of it mounts at the bolt for the shock strut etc... and the back mounts at the pinch bolts... just mount the lower wheelie bar heims on the pinch bolts and then mount he top bar to the tab of the mount I drew up for ya.... thi way here you can remove it all if you go to the dunes or something
