looking for a set of 39mm pwks set up for gas.

looking to trade my 35mm air strykers set up for gas, for a set of 39mm pwk carbs set up for gas. just bought these about a month ago then I bought my cubs and I was told to get 39mm carbs now.

how big can I have my 35mm air strykers bored out to?? I need a set of 39mm's but I just bought these and don't really want to sell them and buy new ones. or am I better off selling these and buying bigger ones??

if you are talking about the cover on the right side of the engine (brake lever side) then yes there is a gasket in there and the two missing screws would cause the leak. get your self a new gasket and some new screws, pull the kicker off, drain the engine oil and the antifreeze, remove all of the screws and pull the cover off, replace the gasket and reinstall in oposite order. you might have to take the foot peg and the brake lever off to get the cover off, but I can't remember. good luck and let me know if you need anymore help.

I am going to run 15/44 gearing with my new swing arm, how long of a chain should I get, and what brand is everyone using?

I am going to build my own chrome alloy swing arm with the help of the head fabractor at work but my quetion is, I want a +8 swing arm, I measured my stock arm and it is 19" from the center of the axle to the center of the swing arm bolt, so should I just add 8" to it and make it 27" when I build my new one? also who makes good honda style carriers for the banshee? one more thing, how should I determin where to mount the shock tab on the swing arm if I want to make it a "no link style" any help would be great, thanks guys.

I am with the other guys, it was night and day differance when I went from stock carbs to my 35mm pwks on my big bore kit, it reved out farther and was much faster. not fast enough though, going to a cub motor now!!
