It was hot. The quads that showed up was:2 banshees(myself and Michael) and Lee's 450 suzuki. I run a best of 7.38. Michael ran a best of 8.26. Lee run a 9.10. Mine has problems.It's spinning the wheels quite easily inside the tires.I've got to put screws in the wheels and that will hopefully fix that problem.I was topping out about 3/4 down the track.I didn't think it would be possible before today but high 6's should be possible.On the 7.38 pass,it was pulling extremely hard.I think my arms are a little longer now.LOL! Michael blew a base gasket.He laid a whoopin' upon a small crotchrocket.I think it was a 600GSXR.I think.They actually run close times,but Michael got a huge holeshot. Lee's done really good considering all he's done is remove the airbox lid and baffle.He also added a cherry bomb.Besides that,it's stock. Hey Travis,I hope to have it fixed before next weekend.It's too dangerous to launch hard.Once it got a little scary.I thought I might be going into the fence.Fortunately,I got off the throttle in time. It responds very quickly.

Michael and I are going today. I wouldn't be surprised if they tell us not to come back.I've been chatting a little on their website.The people I've talked to are scared to death that someone is going to get hurt/killed.They said someone got killed at Byhalia last year on a motorcycle.I agree that they are dangerous,but I don't want to get hurt either.If I thought I was 100% going to get hurt on it due to something on the banshee that I'd put it back on the trailer.I'm probably going to visit newport sometime soon.Alot depends on what happens today.

They have a huge decision to make. Children are great.Not everyone is ready to be a parent.They are alot of responsibility.Although they may not want the child,there is "alot" of couples that would love to have kids.Adpotion is a possible choice. My wife and I are actually trying to have another child.I would probably have never wanted to be a parent but now that we have my daughter,I can't imagine life without her.She's wonderful.I would hate to have to live with knowing we had aborted her.

To bad you don't live near me.I've got something for that 450.LOL!

Gearing depends on how far you'll be racing.For about an 1/8th mile,I'd try 15/41. That will probably be too high geared for paddle tires depending on what kind of power you're making.

On my friend's banshee,I think the jetting is around a 350 or larger.Can't really remember.I know we installed a set of vito needles I had.I like the longer needles(toomey or vito). It has a F.A.S.T. dune/play port and even with stock carbs,that banshee is very impressive.

Before you run him,try to get on some asphault somewhere and practice,practice,practice.

If ya can hook up,I think you should run away from him.

Jeff's can get ya cubs or port your stock cylinders.He was really backed up with work last I knew.I got a set of drag ported stock cylinders he had done(theshit's old cylinders).They are "awesome"!!!

I got mine from Jeff at F.A.S.T. Racing.It's awesome.You'll hate having to ride someone else's banshee with no lock-up and stiff springs.The clutchs he sells are great too.

I think there's too many chiefs and not enough indians if ya know what I mean.I think there's too many people that think they are in charge. On the website,I was told by Chuck1 that them letting us run during the actual races was a one time deal.He wants us to run before time trials only.You ask someone else and you'll get a different story.I think we'll just have to keep quiet except to the guy that started this.That's the guy that we talked to and signed the paper saying that they are not responsible for any accidents.He seemed really supportive about us running out there.We can still run our quads out there just need to be careful about who we talk to.

I was pretty much told the exhibition runs offered last week was a one time deal.It was put to me pretty simple.

With all this sand rubbing,you guys will be worth a fortune.I mean with all the pearls and all.LOL!

I've had RDZ level 2 porting done to my stock cylinders.Compared to stock port cylinders,it's night and day difference. I've since switched to F.A.S.T. Racing.His drag port is "AWESOME".In my opinion,Jeff at F.A.S.T. can do some incredible work.Jeff is more reasonable priced although Jeff is slower about getting you parts back to ya than Rob.I actually got beat by a F.A.S.T. dune port/gas when I was running the RDZ cylinders and alcohol.Although I got beat,the RDZ cylinders were no slow-pokes.It would run. That said.Rob's got some triple port banshees that are extremely fast.I think one of them broke into the 3's at planetsand's drag race.That's insane.The lower levels of porting Rob does will improve your banshee.The triple port will do wonders. If ya want to know more,just PM me.

Here's an idea:What if we get the right tires for mine and hook up the nitrous to it.Maybe try for a mid to low 6 pass.What I'm afraid of is the KA-BOOOOOM!
