  2. Firehead, you must have the most kick ass job in the world. I'm jealous.
  3. Man, I wish I could go to that race. I remember when I was a kid, my Dad used to take me and my Brother to the races at Riverside Raceway every year. We lived in Beaumont so it wasnt to far to go. I miss that.
  4. I have had two sets of stock a-arms done. I didnt know that they have that inside the ball joint but it definitly melted. I wondered why on my last set the ball joints were loose. That kinda makes me feel stupid! :shoothead:
  5. Fast payment and good communication. Thanks again.

    Chrome V-bars

I dont know if you are still looking for some of these or not, but here is a link for some I found on Ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BANSHEE-CHR...090709422QQrdZ1
  7. I sold mine. Thanks for mentioning it anyway theshee.
  8. SOLD! Thanks to vwpartsman.
  9. Pics sent and Paypal is fine.
  10. I have a set of stock a-arms and tie rods that came off of my bike. They were chromed a few years back. I just bought some aftermarket a-arms and I dont need these. They do have some scratches. The ball joints feel tight. I am asking $100 + shipping. I will get some pictures up later on today.
  11. I've been riding since I was around 4 or 5. I tinkered with them all my life but as far as a complete rebuild, I was probably 25 before I tackled that. I had bought a 2000 400ex brand new and it was getting tired so I tore it down completely to the bare frame. I went through everything. Powdercoating, chroming, painting, 440 big bore, hot cam, exhaust, Fullbore plastic. It was a bad-ass bike for a 400. Thanks to Jeff at F.A.S.T. for everything on that bike. Then I bought my first Banshee when I was 28 and completely rebuilt that one twice. The picture that is in my avatar is that bike. Now I'm on my '97 Banshee and completely rebuilding that one to. Thanks to Jeff on all of them.
  12. I would check with Jeff. I have driven his truck and it is just insane! Not only that but he has had several different combinations of programmers and pipes on his trucks. BTW, Jeff, nice black marks out on the highway. I think Jackson County should pay you for repaving it!
  13. Yeah, I heard it on Johnnie Dare the other day to. It will bomb. No dumbass is going to pay that kind of money. Or at least not this dumbass!

    Grab bar

I need a nice chrome grab bar for a Banshee. No scratches or dents please. Thank you.
  15. Well we were planning for the middle of June but we just found out on Saturday that there is supposed to be some huge deal going on out there. They are going to try to break some world record for the most quads in one place or something. They are trying for 2000 bikes. While I think it would be fun to be a part of that, it makes for some crowded camping and crowded dunes. Not only that but there are no camping sites left where we camp. I will post a new date as soon as I know. There will be some Colorado guys there. RIPPEN and a few of his friends will be there. Our group is going to be huge.
  16. I stopped at Jeffs on Saturday and those things look bad ass. I will be getting one very soon.
  17. Thanks jbooker82. I would sell to him anytime. Great communication.
  18. That is how I started with my son to. I used to take him for rides all around my neighborhood. I was in the same boat as you are with the dirtbike thing. I had bought him a Yamaha PW50 project that I was working on but then I decided that by the time I got it pieced together, I might as well have bought a new bike for him. Soooo, last July while I was at the St. Anthony dunes I went to Rexburg Motorsports and bought a new Yamaha TTR50 four stroke dirtbike for him. I suprised him and my wife when I showed at home from my vacation and I had a new dirtbike for our son. He has wrecked it a few times but he has never gotten hurt. Make sure you teach your kids to wear their protective gear!
  19. I bought my son a Honda TRX 70 fourwheeler for his third birthday. I could stick it in first or second and let him rip around the yard and still be able run him down if something was wrong. Last year I bought him a KFX 80 for his sixth birthday and now he is fearless. F.A.S.T. Jeffs son has an LT80 that is insanely fast and he is seven. He has been riding that bike for several years now. Just dont buy one of those knockoff pieces of shit for $250. You will regret it.
  20. I like this look alot, the coating is very durable and the pipes stay cooler. I had them done at That looks kick ass! What did that cost you DUB?
  21. Hey DOTD, what bore are the cylinders on? Do they have any port work done on them?
  22. Bump! You guys make me an offer on these. I cleaned them up today and took pictures. They do have some scratches and some boot scuffs on them but not bad. I guess the guy I got the bike from did have them on the bike for one dune trip. They still look nice.
