42 to 46 HP maybe at the crank stock, definately not at the rear tires. Probably 35ish at the rear tires stock. With your bolt ons, 42 would be my guess too... Remove the airbox and shave the stock head .020 and it'll be 45ish. Porting is where your power will be at, NIGHT AND DAY difference...

90 to 100 HP in trails will get you in trouble, keep that in mind. There are very few people that can get 100HP out of stockers AND be on gas...even with a 4mil crank. -
Well...I didn't want to say it, but....Firehead did pass them on to me when they got too small for him. So....he uses XXXXL But plugs....batteries not included.

You will find people generally use more oil in their meth to oil mix. Anywhere from 20:1 to 32:1... I used to mix race gas at 40:1. I ran Benoil all last year at 28:1. I've switched to Super Techniplate now (mainly because it stays mixed better at lower temps than Benoil) and still run 28:1. Preference, really. If I take a motor apart, I want the crank and crank bearings almost sticky with oil.... Methanol sucks moisture from the air, and if left in a motor too long, it can rust it a bit. Some guys are religious about purging, some don't do it all season...luck of the draw. I try to play it safe and purge after a day at the track, of...if I'm going on a dune trip, at the end of a weekend. As far as fuel requirements, that is strictly by what the class rules state. I would think if the class is called a "gas" class, that means no alky, no nitro methane, etc....but, read the rules!!!!

Yes... I run 175 to 185PSI on alky all day long. You want to advance the timing as well, since it burns slower than gas. 5 degrees is a good starting point... On a two stroke, you need to increase the fuel 200%. In other words, feed it twice as much alky as you would gas. Although Big Red 350 runs it on his duner, he also has a MONSTER reserve tank on the back of his bike rack, too. Unless you drag race 90% of the time, maybe dune a little the rest....it's not a good mod simply because of the amount of fuel consumption. People think alky melts a bike, really...it doesn't. People that run alky 99 times out of 100 drag race, so...they push the envelope with timing, compression...fuel/air mixture, etc... They didn't blow up because of alky, rather they were pushing the ragged edge between performance and reliability... Alky has a better explosion, but cools intake and exhaust better than fuel.

Home Depot has 'em...the exhaust plugs. Look over by where you'd buy the rubber chair leg thingies... They slide over the chair leg not to mar a wood floor, etc. I think the Inside Diameter of the exhaust is roughly 45mm or so...if that helps.

My opinion...don't get out of frames for duning, to be honest. They flap like bird wings if you mount them with rubber, and will break if you solid mount them. Even if you get a steal on them....I think you'd be sorry. Plus...moving around on the bike, hate to see you get a nice burn mark on a leg, etc. I'll keep an eye out for some reasonable inframes. My buddy bansheedan just sold theshee a really, really nice set. Story of my life too, dollar short, day late...

Do you mean for the stator itself, or the stator cover? Any hardware store will have them. Hell...Ace Hareware by me has CHROME allen heads, bling bling...they're pricey, though.... You can get the brown colored hardened metal, stainless steel, chrome... It could cost you 4.00 to 20.00.... I think there are 7 or 8 bolts in all, three long ones around the flywheel, the rest on top and bottom are the same length...

Hell NO...no jogging, no running. Working on quitting smoking, doing pretty well. Then I'll try to shed some pounds with weights and exercise... Right now, the thought of running or jogging gets me winded....LOL...sucks getting old.

Take it apart and measure how thick the steels and fibers are. The specs for replacement /wear limits are in a clymers. When you put it back together, follow the clymers how to adjust the shift rod/arm alignment to spec.

You just have to remember the simple basics of the motor.... It gets ALL it's lubrication from the fuel. Lean fuel air means less lubrication, too. Your 4 poke gets fed oil a different way. Not that being lean is much better...but, I think you understand. Run a 4 poke out of fuel, not a big deal...run a two stroke out....well, you ran it out of fuel and starved it for oil all in one...that's all!!! -
If you're building a drag bike or one that only sees sand, hell yes. But the arms are getting pricier..don't forget, they only made J Arms from 87 to 90...A Arms from there on out.
