  1. Almost positive you can get the basic dual rate Elka's for 360ish. Have to ask around but i think a member on here is a dealer of them.
  2. Looks good buddy. I say drop the heal guards and those funny little mini nerf things attached to the pegs and it'll look even better.
  3. Ok am i going nuts or is there some new feature i missed. There is some sort of war thing below your post count. haha. Anyone know whats going on.
  4. Honestly id say the 450 something you can both enjoy and its a 4 poke power is very smooth and predictable. Also from my experience anything can get away from you. Sad to say but iv had my ass handed to me on a xr70 before.
  5. Personally i thought the prices were way high. Also my cousin bought some a-arms and brake lines from them and it took over a month to get them. They kept giving him the run around.
  6. I don't think there are any a-arm guards for LSR a-arms. You could always find a local metal shop that has a press break and have them make you some.
  7. From all the stuff iv read there really isn't much gain from a LT setup for a banshee. For other bikes yes but do the gains offset the cost.
  8. There was a post about this awile back i herd it was some good stuff. Personally i run klotz tech plate 30bucks a gallon cant beat that.
  9. Awesome hand guards i will recommend the Rox flavor though the mounts are kick ass. It do cost like 60 for the mounts and hand guards but i think its worth the money.
  10. I herd some of the early kits had problems with the a-arms breaking but i think thats all fixed now. As for the shocks probably no different than any other set of shocks like works.
  11. Damn nice bike dubbin337
  12. Its either just get shocks or get shocks and a-arms at the same time. believe me running +2+1 a-arms with stock shocks is useless you bottom out on everything not to mention you get a shit load of body roll in the turns.
  13. Im pretty sure if you get steel braided lines you need to get +2
  14. if you got the time and know how you can run a cr-500 link in the rear. Requires a lot of work from what iv seen.
  15. Cant remember exactly there was some kind of deal going on when i got mine. Pretty sure there like 80 for the pivot risers from rox now
  16. Stock lines are just fine for +2+1s but you get a more progressive feel with steel braided lines and there not all squishy.
  17. I say get the head shaved should run you like 30-40$ at the local machine shop. Next get a timing plate that should run you like 50$ from rickystator.com
  18. I have the same silencers and like the others said swap the silencer bodies around.
  19. If the a-arm frame is in good condition id say go with the a-arm frame. This also ensures that in the future you'll be able to find replacement a-arms a lot easier or if you wanna upgrade to wider a-arms.
  20. Iv been an action pack subscriber for years so i get everything in advance and lots of keys. More for a company but we have a lot of computers at our house. Anyways its very promising yet i wouldn't update to it right now wait till drivers for motherboards and video cards are more radially available. On top of all that i strongly recommend at least 1gb of ram but 2gb would be ideal. At this moment I'm maxed out in all performance fields with 5.9s but only having 1gb of ram kills me.
  21. Iv had both and id go Razr any day over holeshots. The holeshots just never seemed to hold up well for me. Im gonna try out Kenda Klaw MX tires next though herd they were a pretty good tire also.
  22. In the dunes i dont know if it matters what size rims you run. Since i mx iv got 8x8 on 18-10.5-8s because you the risk of bending rims if you dont have enough rubber between the rim and the ground. Dont really know nor think it would be a big issue in the sand considering its soft and your not likely to be doing bigass jumps. Ill leave it to the sand guys on this part though thats just my oppion.
  23. Best iv ever done was 80 on about a 1/4th mile piece of road. Thats with the few mods iv got and some 20in tires.
  24. Id go +2+1 on the a-arms with 4-1 offset rims in the front. Laegers, Roll, Lonestar, and Jenseen are all good a-arms its the name your really paying for. RD does make +2+2 from my knowledge and thats probably the ultimate set of a-arms for a stock frame. Also for the rear i wouldn't go any longer than stock in the woods, shorter if anything. As for shocks Elka, Axis, PEPs, and Ohlins are some of the best out there.
  25. ok ok dont get so worked up buddy. It could have been phrased better i know but i was in a hurry. Maybe not total shit but i have herd far more bad things about them than good as previously stated. Believe me or not its not really my problem and im not about to go looking up where i herd they were bad at.
