  1. yep a bent axle i bet or loose castle nuts whic him sure yo ualready checked
  2. you should be okay IMO just dont run alot of advancemet on your ignition timing , and always run the 90 octane atleast with a good synthetic premix.
  3. its your pilot jets and /or needles thats phukin your midrange snap :cheers:they overlap into each others jetting circuits,pm member wesw ,he knows those carbs very well
  4. my rockets ,my shearers ,my procircuits never once turned blue, i ve only seen toomey t5 sets turn it though,i belive its in the pipes design ,its that first bend that allows gases to become very hot over the other brands eve n for only breif runs they change, plus theyre thin too . toomeys are good pipes regardless .fix this by spraying ceramic high tempeture paint (auto store ) INSIDE the pipe near the opening flange
  5. please... theyre (big cheetah) almost ready to stop production on them becasue the cubsare selling likke hotcakes and are putting out nearly same damn power while using stock components and much easier to work with too. the only advantagethe big cheetah has is the displacement is higher giving it more torque and suited for longer uphill runs.
  6. well this spring im coming over your way to race with you and steve and we can put my 65mm stock stroke drag ported cheetah cub up against your bikes cant wait till next race season . id like to get over you guys's way so i can try out the x3 and the big reed jugs and do some riding
  7. yeah we need better pics ,it looks like to me that the lower boysens are very smallish and up against and too close to the liner . it is pretty choppy no doubt, but it doesnt look to me like its gonna cause trouble ,i can see the sleeve is intact and hole doesnt protrude through it .you might be okay IMO , the upper auxilairy ports (baby holes) were done in vain IMO ,where are they going? and there size is so small, that i doubt they have much of any functional purpose. looks like this builder(aka capt.caveman ) opted to widen the intake alot, but didnt manipulate the duration of the intake port much if any..id throw em back on ebay .
  8. my setup is only a 358 and after a few breif rides(just installed) it is nothing short of astounding what a lill stock stroke can do to a mans arms when it hits the pipe !runs like a phuking scalded cat on crack theres a repalcement for dispalcement .... and its made by cp industrys .
  9. it makes a great container for mixing up chemicals for your crystal meth lab ..atleast thats what locogato told me
  10. if yo u dont run it in a poor stroke, put it on bicylce chains for lube
  11. you might be a redneck if : your house is mobile, but your cars are not when mowing your yard and find a car theres more oil in your hair, than in your car
  12. holy moses ,now theres actually customers shipping pipes for other customers and taking a loss knowing all the possible problems with quality , shipping ,and payment hassles im surprised people are still buying these pipes the rocket pipes might as well be Enron IMHO cause the people running the show are getting the flower out and the customers are getting it hard in the hershey highway with no hot Karl or lube
  13. im now 5 minutes closer to my death and i wasted all that time on reading this dumb thread i give mad props to dedicated peeps i n the military
  14. ummmmm divide your asking price by 2 then retry
  15. one of your shocks turned gay
  16. yep ,more like trinitys ,damn ..asia is even stealing the atv drag pipe market ,pretty soon they ll be selling these in wal-marts
  17. mmm a stretched white knuckle racing big bore 4 mill stroker for kids ,some people have to much time and money on their hands
  18. jim smart at passion racing engines sold me a complete cheetah cub kit for my bike and beat out everybodys price also threw i n some goodies too . thanks for a smokin deal jim
  19. man yo u guys run some rich-ass bikes over there. i hate to hear people getting the cold shoulder fro mthese builders when they have questions
  20. yes i ve seen the reed test chart and thread many times .these were the thinnest carbon tdr reeds ,ever think maybe it was just that they are really good replacement reeds?????they werent the best either were they? to each his own the vforce design doubles cfm ,you can chop up and grind the stock cage all yo u want and its the reed petals and the cages basic design that do all the flowing into your cylinders.
  21. i think james lucky sells these
  22. ive seen test after test of porting the stock cages doing nothing power-wise on a dyno ,ive done a few sets and never noticed any gains in power or response , i wouldnt waste my time fiddiling around with them .
  23. thats somewhat true ,very high compression can kill rpm , spark, peak power .the squish bands clearance, width, and angle are as important as the final cc of the dome
  24. vofrce make a very noticable difference in response ,rpm, torque on bottom end especially over the boysen dual stage reeds, and the deltas arent 250$ its more like 218$ .they are worth that IMO .Bigger carbs will help too ,id get 33 pwks if it were me ,but if eric thinks 30mm is enough topend ,go for it . on a ported she, bigger carbs realy work great IMO as long as you dont get carried away and overcarb your bike
