  1. im running 13-41...great in my area(FL). Not much for top end...but i have a Dynoport 2 into1 pipe anyway. The low end is NUTS! lots of shifting if your in a large area.....but in tight spots it rips between turns.
  2. what about angle? even if i have to go buy some....i think angle steel would work. Anyone else have input on this>??
  3. I think he might have broken that banshee....that sucks!
  4. I want to build a Trailer 6ft long and 5 ft wide. Really just big enough for my shee and stuff. Anyone got some plans or know a cheap way to build the frame? I have Axle and suspension already. My grandfather suggested old bed frame railing...that shit is strong. Thanks for anything you can offer up!
  5. yes.....dunno if it changed over years....my 98 is 41T.
  6. what he said
  7. dood you got the humor allover your posts....my favorite avatar on this whole damn site belongs to you LED. That shit is just hilarious every single time I see it.
  8. I guess though...in the FRONT of wheel you want it 0-10mm "narrower" than the REAR of the front wheels. If you guys follow what I mean. Does this sound about right? Then the camber is set by your A Arms right? Or can a slightly bent Tie rod end change that a little too....? Thanks all!
  9. LOCO! what is YOUR method of setting alignment? My Clymers manual seems like a strange way to do it. I cannot even measure where they tell me to.....can you give me a quick rundown on your method and what you set it to???? Thanks
  10. I bent the knuckle side Tie Rod End (wheel end) sometime recently, and now the alignment is not 100% correct. Anyone suggest the TUSK Tie Rod Ends, or wha brand? And are the BEEFIER looking aftermarket TR ends for the Knuckle end or steering shaft end? So far I have looked at Rocky Mountain ATV
  11. rode the 13-41 gears out in the trails today. Frikken smooth and powerful. The excessive shifting was annoying sometimes...but as short as some of these spots are...it was nice. In a 10ft strip you could haul ass in one gear and get into the turn or whatever....didn't take much time to accel at all. Ran 3rd-4th gear most of time.
  12. yea, but a 15 front is going to push me back into a high end/top speed gearing. I need a little more botom end for these trails and tight spots. But this 13 tooth seems a bit extreme...though I have not yet run it too much. When I did test it out a little I was shifting as soon as it hit the power band. Each gear topped out really fast...and that was without tire spin. So maybe a 14-42 ? I Think it is 1 tooth in front is equal to 3 teeth in the rear...so I could get more flexability changing the rear sprocket.
  13. really? Overfill is aight? hmm....
  14. where was the race? So far locally to us..I have found that I like the space coast credit union area....big areas....NO MUD!
  15. OKOK..SO...how did you guys get that sprocket nut off? That MOFO is TIGHT. I guess it is impact wrench time.....it keeps spinning the tires while I try to bust it loose. I got the shee up against a wall so it won't roll....and it just rotates the tires...dammit. suggestions?
