I agree, I would stay with the 13 tooth if you are running 22's.

Woo hoo! I ordered my Noss head Monday and got it Thursday, now thats fast service! What a sweet product! I got the anodized blue, with the 19c domes. I just wanted to say thanks to Dave for all of his help! I would reccomend a Noss head to anyone, over any other cool head. Daves customer service is priceless! I cant wait to install it!

Definately make sure you bend the washer off of the nut when removing or it will be very difficult! Mine wasnt very tight at all. After I bent the washer, I used a socket w/ a breaker bar, it came off very easy.

You dont need to remove the chain. You can get the factory sprocket off without touching the chain. You dont have to mess with the chain until you have the smaller sprocket on, then you will be tightening the chain. Damn! I just said chain a lot!

Congrats!!! Go 32:1 or if you dont want to hassle with measuring buy the small bottle of yamalube (16oz. I believe) and pour the whole thing in 5gal of gas. The ratio will be 40:1.

Same here. As for installation its way easy! Remove your stator cover, unbend the washer on the nut on the sprocket, take the nut off, slide the old sprocket off, put the washer back on, put the new sprocket on, bend the washer over the nut, put the stator cover back on. and the funnest part- adjust your chain to accomadate your new sprocket! And yes, you can use the stock chain if you are putting on a 13 tooth.

I just dropped 1 tooth on the front spocket. seems to hook up good.

The AC's are my #1 choice.

lol! Its so true! When me and my brother have gone into the stealership in the past asking for jetting info some of them have tried to tell us that you have to jet down (a smaller jet size) for new mods, k&n, exhaust, etc... What a bunch of idiots some of them are!

Does anyone know how hard it is to change out the impellar? I have been thinking of upgrading to avoid the problem you just had Milo.
