last time i couldn't kick start my bike it needed a rebuild. It would pop start but not kick. Check the compression.

looking for two larger then stock carbs, 33-35 mm, with intakes and cable

there any advantage to not running them? Do they make a pipe to go to the back of the bike in place of the silencer? I want to run out of frames but I've been known to tumble..Maybe some in frame drags without the silencers?

I extended my stocker and cut it in the wrong spot. I just made some new shocks mounts and she was ready to go... Make sure the welds are GOOD

Started racing this past weekend. Took 2nd at Monson Mass.. Got eaten up by a worked zilla.. I was wondering what you guys run for gearing and tire sizes. I ran mud tires with low gearing but didn't have the speed out of the hole.. Any info on your setups or any info at all would be great. Thanks

manifold, boots, bolts, cable, carb and airbox adaptor.....225 shipped... Don't like the single carb. Carb is a 35mm Keihin...

Have to get it running by friday.. I absolutely can not get it to idle.. Off the start it bogs real bad but rip up top...I'm running pro circuits ported, vf3's. The carb is a 2 into 1 with a keihin 35m. Main is a 190 and the pilot is a 55 air scew 1 1/2 turns out with the clip in the middle. I'm 200 above sea level at 70 degrees.. I believe the pilot may be too big. if I try starting out in 2nd to get up a hill it will actually stall..

my buddy has can am... he was doin 76 and i came by him shifting in to 6th, 15 front , stock rear on 20's... dude got smoked.. hehe

I just put a single carb on and all i did was cut the wires from the sensor on thr throttle housing itself, unplugged the box, and unplugged the carbs. I didn't tie anything back together..Runs great, is it running on both cylinders? I would just check all the electrical connections and make sure eveything is clean and tight.

I thought the same thing!!!. I used to run 190's in my stock carbs, I now have 35MM Kehin and run a 190... Runs great though, sometimes makes me feel a little nervous... :biggrin:

I just had almost the exact same problem.. I'm not too great with carbs so if I label something wrong please correct me... My bike was acting like the bowl was running dry..this was right after i put a 2 into 1 setup on.. AFter hours of playing around there was a little spring on top of the float that keeps tension down on the float. The gas raises the float t stop fuel and when it falls the spring is supposed to push down and let gas by. The spring was installed correctly and the float was barely letting gas by. After running the bowl dry it would shut off. Wait a second and it would start right back up.. Don't know if ti helps ya but worth a look i guess

there's a couple nice pits down here but they aren't really legit places to ride...We sometimes park down the road at my buddies house and drive like 1/4 mile to the pit.. We just go nice and slow and nobody says anything..But the man in black comes in once in a great while... We just park on top of the pit and wait for em to leave..We try not to bother anyone on the way in so it's pretty rare to see them guys..If you guys are up for it we ride every sunday at 11... We had 15 guys this week....only 2 banshees among the group which sucked!!! PM me if interested..I'll try and post up a few pics and vids of where we ride
