  1. Im trying to install their LT kit right now and it is a pain in the ass to get it aligned right. Called them up the other day to tell them that the tie rods were not the right thread pattern as my bolts "was not going on for nothing" and the tech tried to tell me it was supposed to be like that. After pissin and monin for awhile he finally sent me the right ones the very next day. Anyways I just sent them an email on why they dont have one single instruction on how to install this kit. From what I have experienced sofar I wish I would have gone with some other company.
  2. This is the top shot of the left a arm, does it look like the right one for this side? Or maybe it is the bottom a arms that are not allowing me to adjust the toe out?
  3. Yeah, the kit came with extended tie rods I adjusted them the most I could. Maybe I should try swaping the top a arms, from left to right.
  4. Just put on the kit from janssens, the kit came with no directions. I dont know if I put on the top a arms on the right sides. For some reason I cant adjust the toeing in of the wheels any more than this. Please give me some advice guys.
  5. Does'nt fet any better than that! Thanks for helpen out boonman.
  6. wish I knew exactly how to do it or I'd post some pics and how too's. this way everybody learns from this site. Dont worry guys I'm sure somebody will post some tricks.
  7. Im interested pm me!
  8. Hey man! Do you got those prices yet! Im lookin for a +4 chrome, light weight but strong.. I think you would have some good business if you pushed this stuff.
  9. How about setting the castor?
  10. Stil got that swing arm? what kind is it how much does it weight? does it fit the stock axle?
  11. Hey guys finally got my a arms. Just need a little help or pointers on putting them on. I already took off the the stock ones so Im ready to go. The thing that I am kind of worried about Is getting the propper camber and stuff for each side. Do I need any special angle tools? Any help is good help. Thanks.
  12. I used the jets (280) that the kit came with and they worked great. I recomend the kit. If you want to change stuff later on, just buy more jets, at that time.
  13. Is the hole in the slide supposed to be open or covered?
  14. I have holshot tires, 22x11x10 on stock sprockets is this ok? I didnt have trouble taking him off the line but he passed me quick. I dont think my bike is tuned right. It has great throttle responce but gets a little weak in fourth and up.
  15. I have been riding in hesparia Ca. The altitude is somewhere between 3500 and 4000 feet. I have t6 pipes, v force reeds, k & n clamp ons, with the toomey needles on the third slot, air screw is 1.5 turns, pilots are 30s, mains are 300s. It has great bottom, but the top end dosent seem to be so strong.
  16. Raced my brother on his modded 450 and got smoked. From what I know he has an: ignition box, esr intake, stock muffler that has been hollowed, out all the way threw and the jetting is right on. I started off in seconed and was half a bike ahead of him, until the middle of third, after that he pulled on me like crazy. This was all done on a long dirt road. Over and over.
  17. Got mine that dirty on sat. riding in Hesparia Ca. Thats prety close to you. Was getting a little worried, with the sun going down and I was still stuck in the middle of shit.
  18. Seems like more throttle responce. You will have to rejet it. Sounds pretty cool, I cut the silencer in half and gutted the hole thing, then welded it back together. That was awhile ago, now I have some toomeys. Good luck.
  19. MAKE SURE TO REJET! It seems every thing afects jetting, wether it be comin in or out the engine.
  20. How much would a rebuilt shock cost? Or do you recommend going with a new aftermarket unit?
  21. real simple man, just pull the thin metal tube out, "thats running on top of both intake boots" and replace it with the boost bottle. It may be a little hard fitting it in there because of the limited space. Just take your time and try not to put to much pressure on those intake boots because they might tear Sorry no pics.
  22. u bet cha, I noticed I was covered with dirt after riding, but it looks alot cooler with them cut.. Its like having a "PIT BULL" without his ears cropt. He would just look meaner!
  23. I cut mine off! the pods are able to sit in there perfect now. As for other stuff, cut the stuff you realy dont need. You can use zip ties to hold stuff in place like cables etc.. This will also give you some weight reduction.
  24. Ok guys, I decided to just break down and take them in. Thanks for the warning. I'm glad I posted this before I did it. Usually I just try and do things my self.. Without thinking what could happen in the end.
  25. I also have a die ginder with the hole bit kit. I think it should be ok, just for taking a little metal off.
