i have a clymers but i dont feel confident doing a complete tear down of my engine because I will end up screwing it up

what about electrical and all that. i have no clue about electrical stuff and dont know what to do about that.

nope the cub is 2 pistons. im not sure of any specs on it but i think they can put out around 70 ponies with the stock crank and carbs and all that.

well there is damage internally because a bolt broke and went inside and we can see the gears chewed up kind of and such. spliting the cases to see what is wrong isnt available for me because i dont have the building to do it in and my mechanic wont do it because he does his work in his garage and has to work on other vehicles.

i dont know what is best thats why i posted it up on here. Ill see what my dad has to say about the complete engine deal because he will be riding the banshee too so hell be paying half. If I do buy the complete engine should i buy stock or go big while im in there?

welcome to the site man. glad to hear your coming back into the banshee world. the guy youll want to talk to about the hybrids is locogato. hes built a cr500 banshee and a put a 600cc streetbike engine(cant remember what kind) into a raptor frame and i dont know if hes built anything else either. but anywas welcome

ok i can get all the gears and crap for like 100 bucks US but a complete engine is like 600 plus.

hey guys. As some of you know my banshee is kinda pooched. the engine has to be tooken out and the cases have to be split. The impeller is gone, couple gears, a bolt broke and went inside the cases so we dont know whats all wrong in there, and my clutch wasnt in properly so thats pooched too I think. What do you guys think I should do because I want to get this thing running again. Buy all the parts I need off Ebay or buy a whole banshee engine? do any of you guys have some of the parts im looking for? or an engine for cheap? Any parts for cheap or suggestions will be great. ya i dont think the 06s need it either. and big boy thanks for the help again. my mechanic ordered a 172 main with a 48 pilot. hope that will be good. ill let you guys know how she runs when i get it back which should be sometime next week:D. also ill get some pics

hey guys. I need some help QUICK. I put a dr d slip on on and a k and n air filter on my yfz and i need to know what size of jet to run with it and to bump or drop the needle? Im at 3400 feet above sea level. Any help would be greatly appreciated so i can ride this weekend.and yes i posted this on yfz central and only got one reply which never helped me atal. I know alot of you guys like loco and such all have yfzs and know what you guy are talkign about. thanks in advance BFS
