i think the headlight throws it off. but if you look at it, it looks like the headlight will come off in 2 mins so if you did that i dont think it would look too bad

you can buy complete trannys of ebay? what do they go for? either way if i do that it wont happen till sometime in the new year

hey guys. just got off the phone with my mechanic and its worse then we thought. Well first of all my impeller is pooched so i overheated it a couple of times, a pin that holds the shifter broke, the clip that holds the pin came off and went through everything like the main gear for the clutch is ruined, other smaller gears, some other pin or clip or something is stuck inside. That is all of what he found when he was looking for why it wont shift into 1st or second. Now that he still doesnt know what is wrong there. well he said over a grand for all that if he were to order it from yamaha. so i think i am going to get it one of these days and prolly take the engine out and fiddle with it myself. I am getting my yfz next month so it wont do any harm for me to be working on the shee. what do you guys think i should do? take it and leave it how it is or work on it myself? or trade it in for the yfz? thanks guys BFS

dude dont get a beginner ramp made. youll always want to go bigger so just get a good one made that will last you for a while. here is a pic http://www.tinypic.com/view/?pic=e04kdw have it set at a 20 foot gap at first until you get used to it and then keep brining it back until you think its good but move it only a bit each time jump it for a bit and move it back agaain

6000 into a shee and no plastics? whats up with that? he said he mostly rides trails. if it were me and I mostly rode trails and wanted to race in the winter id go with a - swinger because thats what id mostly be doing. not out there to win all the time dude.

the guy riding the yfz was obviously a shitty rider. the r has more bottom end but the yfz has more mid to top

i rode the r and to me i felt really crammed on it and the handling was pretty touchy. i just sat on the yfz and i can tell ya that i love it more then the r already and i havent even rode the yfz yet

if i work every friday from now until the end of october ill get it then. i just have to pay my mom back and then shell cosign for me

doesnt snow here until about nov but then it leaves around april. I still have a couple months riding but who nows. we had a snowfall on the first but it was gone the next day
