  1. Holy hell, that's just robbery. Some old lady prolly shopping on there trying to buy her grandson a replacement pipe for his banshee on his BD or something and get totally ripped off. Man that pisses me off for some reason. I'm sending him some mail.
  2. What's your definition of "best"? What are you using it for? Drag only pipe, or a mixture of terrain? No single pipe is best for all applications, just like shocks. We need to know your riding style and what you plan on using it for to better help your decision.
  3. There's a "T" connector on a same diameter hose that runs from the back of the case to the top of the radiator. It goes into that T.
  4. Definitely get a hauler whatever you choose. 20'' 10 paddle extremes will be plenty of paddle for your motor.
  5. All of your oem linkage will work fine. Shock revalve may be in order, depending on how much you jump. Try it out and see how it feels. Chain size will be anywhere from around 115 links for a + 4 to a 120 for a +6.
  6. I haven't lost one yet, but definitely a good idea. Thanks for the tip, I'll keep it in mind.
  7. Good Luck!! and don't forget about the most important items, your riding gear.
  8. I don't know if it's just me or what but I get more out of my stuff if I just start it at a penny with no reserve. You take a chance, but man I've always done better than putting a buy it now or a reserve price. Just something to think about.
  9. I sold almost everything I had on e-bay, went like hot cakes. Some dude I ran into at a track needed a single stock front shock. I got to talking to him and found out he needed some plastic and some other stuff. So I told him a 100 bucks and I gave him all my stuff, stock bumpers, exhaust, all plastics and stock shocks. I was just glad to get rid of it for something. My other stuff I made pretty good money on through e-bay.
  10. Yea Chaparral Motorsports, RMATV, Trinity, and I'm not sure but I would also check with Mod-Quad. That should cover any need or want you may have.
  11. I agree, I would stay with the 14/41 unless you bump compression or add some porting, then I would try the 15/41.
  12. Check this link out, should help. LINK
  13. I recommend a Hoveround rehab model.
  14. I stay in a cabin at Roman Nose resort in Watonga just down the road. I can't stand all the hustle and bustle so I stay a few miles away to escape all that. Plus it's relaxing after a long day of riding.
  15. Oh another thing, dirt roads and Banshee's don't mix well. My nephew did exactly that to me on a stock raptor. A banshee will brake the tires loose sooner because of the power band hit and then it's usually over. I put my wife on the back of my shee and ran it in the grass, totally different story.
  16. That's that enviro friendly stuff. Maybe the tree huggers and the EPA will reconsider keeping 2 strokes around if we will all use that stuff.
  17. Yea those are the FZR1000 friction plates. Many people have used them with good results. Only downside I could see is they weigh a little more, but hey what do you expect for some beefier plates.
  18. Well I've rode counteless banshee's over the years as well as many people here have. It's just that some of them regardless of the mods are just not in a state of proper tune and really don't run as well as they should or as well as others do. Tons of variables affect this, so really a banshee at any given time regardless of it's mods can and have been beat by stock 450's as well as many other quads. Same thing happened to a buddy of mine after spening 1200 in mods for his Huyabusa. I outran him on my relatively stock 929. This was until he loaded the proper map for his power commander then he was .
  19. Well from my experience, the fatties would benefit your riding style the most out of all those pipes you mentioned. You will gain plenty of top-end with them, not as much as the others but you won't sacrifice any low to mid like you will with the other pipes. Believe me, the fatties are a great all around pipe for just about anything. They flat out rip and sound great also. The only downfall of the pipe is their finish. They tend to rust over time and need extra care and attention. The T5 and T6 are both great pipes, differences are subtle with a slight gain in top end with the T6. This is on a stock ported motor though. If you plan on porting then go with the T5's. Fatties also work great with porting as well as the rockets. For lugging around hills and stop and go riding the fatties will be the best. The other pipes will require some timing advance and higher compression to maintain the low to mid the fatties will provide. Though the fatties will never have the top end that these pipes can provide. So it's a give and take and the decision is yours. It's never an easy one and I wish that we could have it all. Also if you decide on a top end pipe, take a look at Trinity's. They are costly but you can get a BHQ member discount through rocketpig. I can't say enough good things about that pipe, but you will be in the same boat as the toomey's or rockets for low to mid.
  20. I use Pro-X also. I have never had a single problem with them. I feel they are the best cast pistons as wiseco makes the best forged ones.
  21. I'll be there.
  22. It looks exactly like LSR's work accept for the quad pinch bolts. Maybe they had this at one time with the direct link shock system. Or maybe someone converted it. It looks very well made.
