Have a good one fellas!!!

Ok, I've had a HD TV for 3 freakin years and no HD service on my cable service. They just don't offer it in my area and I do not know when or if they will (they give me the run-a-round). I've been looking at both direct and dish satellite company's and both sound pretty good. Instead of listening to sales pitches, I thought I would see what customers thought of the service they have. I've heard of people having problems with satellite during storms and bad weather. Anyone wish they would have just stuck with cable? What do you guys have and what do you like or dislike about it? Thanks in advance for some info.

Scott deserves a hapopy birthday for each quad he owns.

If you answered no to that question, wonder what you answered yes to to get that high a score. Haha that's pretty good and probably not too far from the truth.

Order a 120 link and you'll be fine. Will need to remove 4 or so links.

Happy Birthday Scott!!!! Hows the Honda? Hiopefully not beating any Banshee's, if it is just don't tell us.

Increasing compression if haven't already as well as advance your timing. Porting is probably the single most performance improving modification you can do to the shee and then pipes. If your wanting more top end power then look for twin pipes and carbs. After you figure out what type of porting and pipes will benefit your riding best you can look at getting some aftermarket reeds like the v-force II's, lightened flywheel etc. Just make sure your mods compliment each other.

44.33% Those questions brought back some good memories.

Isn't that the truth. They can have at it in the roostin room.

It's ok Meat, often times people make assumptions that are more often incorrect than correct when reading a persons intention in writing. That's why when it comes to a professional standpoint, important aspects of communication are always done in person. We see the reason why all over this forum. People need to clarify intent before jumping another persons case.

So can you see the area's where the old plating was at? Like the lines where the peeled edges were? If so, send them mofo's back and tell them to do it right!!! You treat chrome just like paint. If paint peels you strip it all down, if it is chipped you sand it smooth and then repaint/replate.

Sheer curiosity... What religion are you QUIZ!

100% Jainism, I have no clue what that is. -
Since I joined, I heard of him couple of times

Haha Good point! -
If there was a problem with the original chrome or plating process, yes they sould of stripped it all the way down to the steel. It just increases the chance of the chrome under the last plating to bubble underneath. In a normal situation with chrome, like a scratch or something then no there is no need to strip the entire item, just smooth the area and rechrome.

Good observation Brian. Lonestar is the same way as a few other company's. They may have paid NASA to test and develop their products but did it inturn create a better product? If so lets hear about it. I say they need to justify their costs when there is other equipment that will last a lifetime of abuse and perform just as good for a lot less. I call it the Harley principle.

That's the best information I've heard regarding the subject. Good point.

That is pretty funny. Really though BBB, when an infection starts the swelling comes later as the bodies response to the infection. So yes a lot of times infections seem to get worse before they get better even after treatment starts. Also those ear drops should be the antibiotics. If you have been on it for 72hrs, you definitely need more time for it to heal.
-
How long have you been on antibiotics? They take time to work and kill the bacteria causing the infection. Your body then has to heal. This of course takes time. If your pain is getting better the infection must be getting better. If you continue to run high fevers, excessive ear drainage and pain, then yes I woulld go see the doctor. I would do a follow-up with your primary care physician once your medication regimen is complete. But if you feel at any time it is getting worse, then yes see a doctor sooner.
-
Surely he added one to many zero's.
-
Yea BBB, hearing loss (temporary) is a common sign from an infected ear. Give your ear some time to heal, it may take a couple weaks for all the swelling and fluid to decrease in your middle ear. Chronic ear infections over a few years cause permanent hearing loss. I don't think you have to worry about this since this sound like your first infection. Get well soon!!

If you want to find out about Trinty's porting, make sure your getting feedback from someone who actually has it. Most of these people just go by what they hear which is mainly he said she said information. I've yet to hear anyone that has Trinity porting actually disatisfied with the performance. I personally would use them again in a heartbeat. PM rocketpig on this site, he can help you with prices, shipping and make sure your experience goes smoothly. Look for a 2wk turnaround including shipping both ways. I don't think too many porters can top that. The power and ease of tuning is phenominal. Personally I'd go with the Pro-MX porting for your riding style. One thing I know that can be a little hard is find some different port/engine set-ups and ride them, find out what you like and what suits you best. Also make sure you get the pipe your porter recommends to compliment the port work he's done. Good luck and probably one of the hardest and most important decision you will make regarding your banshee's performance.

There is no specific focus to this site other than being banshee related. It's not near as technical as PS in regards to drag racing and motor building, but I feel this site focuses on any and every aspect a banshee owner may experience with his or her quad in any environment. A very versatile site with a broad base of knowledge.

Just take the "black" out of your question, then either way you can't go wrong.
