im in a bind... cant decide if i should black chrome my frame or just powdercoat it black chrome... what do you guys think?

just had my banshee out at the dunes after a hard weekend of riding... it gets stuck in 3rd gear.. anyone have any ideas what happend or how to fix the problem??
