need a carb boot mine is torn and may be at fault for my break down today pm me if you have one

well i just pulled the plugs again to give them a good inspection ( the other time i looked i was pissed off and on the side of a trail in the woods) the one from the left cylinder has metal shavings on it and may have gone a little lean. also noticed a tear in the carb boot that goes to the boost bottle on that side. here's a pic

man i'm prayin that the same thing happened to me i really don't want to get into the bottom end i'm just gonna take the topend off tommorow maybe i'll take some pics and post'em on here

i'm praying that all i need is a topend thats no problem. but i have never split the case's on a motor cycle engine before it would be a first. and i really don't feel like doin it has anyone here ever had their engine seize because of the topend before?

got them today but i decided to go riding bymyself today and after driving an hour there i rode for 5 minutes and my motor locked up on me so things kinda suck right now

i went riding today and i have felt a small decrease in power in the last couple of days so i jump this thing and when i land my bike sounds all fucked up. so i crank it back up to get back to the truck and just putted very slowly. then all of a sudden the tires lock up and it dies. so i put it in neutral and go to kick it over and BAM the kicker won't move. if i play with it by hand it will move down but doesn't feel like compression. i took the stator cover off and tried to spin the motor over by hand and it wouldn't budge the bad thing is i this is the 3rd tank of gas that has been through it since i bought it. the guy i bought it from said that the entire motor had been redone not just the topend. i really don't think he was lieing to me. but i very seriously doubt the guy who redid the motor will warranty it since he didn't do the work for me well any ideas? i think i will just have to pull the motor off and take it apart myself. pretty shitty since i just got the damn thing

the thing is i live in south louisiana and around here it is either hot as balls or cold. we get like 2 weeks out of the year that actually are extremely nice and this is one of them and everybody's fuckin pussy hurts. so they want to stay at home

nobody ever wants to go riding anymore i've been itching to go all week long and now everybody pussed out on me!!! i could go by myself but i just don't wanna get out there and break my leg or break down in the woods or something!!!!!!! i could freakin pull my hair out

cool head for what it adds compression so how can it cool down anything and besides the cooling is on the circulation on the radiator so in my op get the radiator with another impeller not the coolhead. aluminum head (cool head) will disepates heat better than stock head

i think if your not interested in buying it and you think the price is to high you should walk away from the thread because nobody needs your opinoin if someone is selling something at a certain price then either someone will want it or somebody won't . its noone else's place to discurage the sale

I got my front's off of e-bay. Then I had my rear re-sprung and valved for my weight. where did you get that done?

5000$ worth of snap on, mac. matco, ingersollrand , sk and many others not to mention the snap on upper and lower box but i'm a auto mechanic sooooo i have to have all this stuff btw if you guys ever want the best tool i have ever owned go and buy the makita 9v cordless impact it is my favorite tool i own its small enough to get in some tight place's and pretty strong, oh and also my sk ball swivel impact sockets are the shizzzzznit!!
