All my friends and I ride sand only, but if I could find somewhere to ride around here I would. All my trails are getting closed down and powerline road is such a slow paced trail for me seeing that im only set up for WOT enviornments, no bottom end. I wish we had some big hillclimbs around here, id be all over it.

If you dont already have it, i would get the TORS removal kit aswell before the start of all this. Its not needed but you will thank urself for doing it right now. You dont need the carb sync tool unless you really dont know how a carb works. Just make sure everything is adjusted the same on both carbs. Alot of people swear by them, but whats it matter when you are WOT? Just take your time, your on your way to spending a shitload of money on this badboy.. :biggrin:

i have a guy locally that did my footpegs for 60 bucks, polished in and out! Hes a show chromer for custom cars, it takes him about a month to get your parts done although. Just keep researching, youll find one.. As for my shearers, ive had them on maybe 8 hours of riding time, and ive got chipping on the welds already.. Going to get them chromed after they get worse thats for sure

I wouldn't run new pistons on a bike that hasnt even had any honing/bore work done to it. With 60 hours you are just fine, why are you rebuilding? Chances are the piston will not be within clearences of your std bore cylinder, if your getting new pistons get it done right and get them bored out/honed to the SPECIFIC pistons you have (ones in your hand). Your just asking for trouble IMO... Your crank is just fine, I wouldnt worry until you have race gas compression numbers.. Eric
