i dont think anyone else makes em, but i heard good stuff about the edelbrock single carb. the only downside is a stiff throttle, which can be fixed with a thumb throttle housing that has a longer lever and a throttle cable.

dont get the mini k&n's, its a bad idea. just a k&n for the stock airbox or a 2:1 toomey air filter, which is way better.

ya i know, thats why i asked if it was possible . ill probly attempt to do so, but i think that the toomey t3 silencers and stingers are compatible with the stock pipes so i may have a better chance with those?

looks like when I get my banshee ima get some fatties. i do mostly trail and dirt riding, and sand from time to time and it seems like the fatties out preform the t5's.

.125 is to light, that grade of aluminum is for drag racing. get some .160 douglas, they are a good grade for dunes. btw watkins, dont get a 05 man, its gonna be red stickered. look for a used banshee that is from 2002 and older, they are green stickers. u want to be able to ride all year. 03-05 banshees are red stickered.

damn that sucks. it aint like that at pismo beach, red sticker or green sticker, u gettin in. all u gotta do is get somethin at the front, iono how much it costs, but its not alot, like 5-10 bucks. i hope they dont do that at pismo, havin to pay 2 fees to get in.

man, pismo beach was hella fun, i just got back a couple hours ago. went ridin strait all saturday, and a couple hours earlier today, sunday. was anyone out there at the track or comp hill?

can someone explain how that helps the preformance by shortening the pipes?

a trued and welded crank is for when u have porting modifications done to the cylinders. lower cc domes are recommended alcohol conversion banshees (16-17cc). the lowest u can go is 18cc and up, which requires 110 octane or better.
