ya u have to be ready to go out to pismo. i have a couple buddies with banshees that have k&n's but they dont have that airbox adapter, and when we got back from pismo, they had sand in there airbox boots, luckily it didnt get into there carbs. i know this is kinda off topic but do u ride at hollister? looks like your close to it

i never heard of thunder pipes, do u know the manufacter? and do you have a pic of them?

I was thinkin a powdercoated black frame or chrome with orange plastic and change my a-arms to chrome upper and orange lower or powdercoated red frame with red plastic and chrome upper and arms and red lower or black or leave them grey and put billet or chrome stuff here and there also clear plastic would look fuckin sick with this idea i have of painting it or and leaving clear flames in itbut who know that could look like shit. 285416[/snapback] you should do the orange plastic with the black frame

your desicion should also be based on where u ride. if u ride in like water and mud, its not a good desicion to get rid of the airbox because it protects your filter from that stuff. i would say keep the setup u have right now.

thats true. they are susposed to be mid to top pipes, i was just wondering because i also never heard of them, and i was just looking at differen pipes other than what everyone else knows of. seems that 1 person has a set of them and says they are good, so they might be worth the purchase.

ya i agree, if you dont have motor work done, you should keep the stock carbs untill u get her ported.

thats an atc. the quads were made in 86-89. i would just get it for the motor and stick it in a 250r frame.
