  1. Found a set, thanks.
  2. I havn't been to sand mountain yet, maybe I need to mention that to the fellas. How many hours is the drive?
  3. I like how you just went crazy with all sorts of colors, that looks really good. I just recently sprayed my plastics with krylon fusion, it seems to hold up pretty good so far. The prep work is really the key, I spent hours and hours scuffing and sanding my plastics but the outcome is great.
  4. Decided to keep the fullbore's, put the HID lights back up.
  5. Billet brake cover & rez sold
  6. Added Fullbore Fronts
  7. I hope your buddy knows it's going to be raining in pismo this weekend...
  8. Cleaned the piss out the carbs with an air compresser, put new fuel, still does the same thing off idle. The bike has good compression, no air leaks, revs out real clean when I blip the throttle. What else am I missing?
  9. Herr Jugs Dune Port SB Inframe Shearers 35mm PWK VF3's Initially my jetting was 160 mains, 45 pilot, cel needle middle clip, 2.5 turns out. This is the jetting I ran for my last trip to pismo late last year, ran like a champ. The bike has been sitting for a while, so recently I cleaned out the carbs and started the bike up, but when I stab the throttle it bogs off idle. Changed the jetting a few times & replaced the reed pedals, now im at 160 mains, 58 pilot, cel needle 5th clip, 1.5 turns out. My question is what would cause this sudden change in my jetting? Checked for air leaks around the intake/reeds, next up is a leakdown test, and a compression test. Could it be old gas maybe? Any other suggestions?
  10. Looking for a set of Trail Tech Hid lights, preferably the Eclipse SCMR16. They can be either for the stock location or have the round post, preferably two spot lights. I already have HID's so im just looking for an affordable pair, I just want to test out both sets of lights. Let me know what you have, thanks.
  11. We thought that was the problem as well but not in this case, it leaks so much that it will actually cause the oil level to drop pretty low. Even when we changed the gasket on the clutch cover and put in new oil we made sure not to over fill it, it still would leak out of the breather tube. So like they said something is putting pressure inside of the case.
  12. Thanks for the replies, my buddy decided to drop the bike off at a local shop to get fixed. Hopefully the crank seal is the problem.
  13. My buddies bike has been acting funny lately, everytime he rides it the breather tube spits up oil all over his exhaust and motor. It only does it when the bike is warm. At first we thought it was leaking from the gasket so we changed it and put in fresh oil but come to find out it was coming from the breather tube that runs to the engine case. He has a lockout so the tube coming from the clutch case has been eliminated, my question is what could be causing this? Prior to this the bike has been running fine with no problems at all, what would make this happen and how can we fix it?
  14. Don't need head pipes, just Toomey T5 silencers and stingers.
  15. Just sent you a PM
  16. Taking Offers
  17. Added HID lights
  18. Well my rears are already buffed i just wanted to do my fronts to match. Ill hit up skat trak and see how much they charge.
  19. Bumper sold! Sorry I'm so late but the Trail Tech lights are sold
  20. I kind of ran into a little problem. My bike was running real funny so I pulled the caps out and just like you said packing filled around the cone. My question is could I put a spark arrestor screen where the stinger tube and silencer meet instead? Or would that block exhaust flow coming from the head pipes? I'd rather not have it fill up with packing
  21. Looking for two 10" Hiper rings in good shape (Perferably Black) Also looking for two REAR 9" Hiper Rims 9x8 3+5 The rims can be either complete or for parts, but im really looking for the Billet Center's to mount the wheels and the outer rims that the beadlocks attach to. Let me know what you have
  22. thanks for the tip jbooker, here's pics of the second go around...
  23. So here's an update on my CSFX silencer's modified with spark arrestor screens CSFX Silencer Spark Arrestor screen from Alba Here is the inside of the end cap, there is a groove where the exhaust core fits into. Its a little over an inch wide, and their was just enough room to fit a peice of spark arrestor screen and a washer Here is where I cut the screen to match the size of the fiber washer Here is a picture of how it looks inside the end cap, the washer fits perfect and shouldn't block any exhaust flow Finished Product If the fiberglass washer can't handle the heat of the exhaust I will switch over to a metal or steel washer, I will have to modify it to fit the end cap.
