  1. This thread is one massive bucket of failure.
  2. Just wing it. Tighten them down until they strip out, then go backwards a half turn & your good to go.
  3. I've seen those ebay swingarms crack after 1 ride.
  4. Rattle-Can ray is the biggest rip-off to ever dawn existence on the ATV industry. What a clown.
  5. Just contact your local sheriff's office and have them issue you a VIN number and explain that its a new factory frame with no VIN. They have you fill out some paperwork, give you a VIN number to stamp in the frame, or a VIN tag that you have to attach to the frame somehow. Once that's done they come back and inspect it and give you another piece of paper stating its good, you take that paper to the DMV and they will issue you a title for it. It takes some time and some paperwork, but it can be done, and after that you will have a 100% legit, legal, titled frame.
  6. Sent you a PM on the tires. I will take them. Thanks, Jared
  7. Just heat the bolt up until its red hot, then walk away and let it cool for a bit. Once the heat gets down into the case it will break up the factory loctite stuff and you can remove the stud with a double-nut. Methylpropane or oxyacetalene will get it hot enough to kill the factory loctite.
  8. Pressure Washer.
  9. Who set them up? Got any measurements on the dumps, mains, pilots, needles, needle valves, etc? Set up for a pump or gravity feed? What size is the power-jet? Need more information....
  10. I run this same clutch setup in my 10mil cub and love it. Great piece!
  11. Must be in good shape and chrome. +8 or +10. I like the ladder-bar style swingarms like SLC Quad Customs makes. Aero-tube and crushed oval are good too. Send me pics of what you've got! Thanks guys!
  12. 10mil cub ported by Tim @ Titan Racing. Dyno'd at 109hp @ 7200ft elevation with 35.5mm carbs and 6 or 7deg of timing. It dyno'd at 120hp in las vegas with 39mm carbs and 7deg of timing. It has a very nice flat curve all the way across the top. I'm willing to deliver within a reasonable distance for a price. (Pics at bottom of post.) 13. I am with loco, I run a +14 swingarm and have never used a chain tensioner. Maybe I'm just lucky...
  14. Talked to this guy on yhe phone, and talked to bob at D7, this is a top-notch build and a good guy. Bump!
  15. If I can get the time off from work I would like to try and come out for this as well... It all depends on my work schedule though. I will know when it gets closer. It would probably be me and the g/f if I can come. -Jared
  16. Big Bird blew his load in your clutch-cover. LOL! Toss that shit in a parts washer & you will be good to go.
  17. Give Kevin @ HJR a call. He can set you up with whatever kind of port job you need. I've had quite a few sets of cylinders done by him and all were top-notch.
  18. Sharing is for kids who wear helmets...
  19. Your frame is hardly stock either. That's a hybrid front end on your frame, twister small-block cylinder top end is $1500, and frame/suspension/shocks is probably another $1200-1500. So between the top end and frame/suspension you came out on top. Anything beyond that is just money in the bank. Good trade!!
  20. Throw it in the trash, 2-strokes are way too complicated.
