What is real comical is this guy has been on the site just over a year, and this is not the first time he has had shady dealings. I have been on this site since 04 w/hundreds of dealings w/no complaints and I am getting hung by the jury....Unbelievable!

I am not interested in your used piston. If that one is so much better, why didn't you just sell that one w/the setup? This is my offer to you. Paypal me $170 and I will quit bumping this up and quit hammering on every for sale post you ever put up. People may end up thinking I am taking this too far, but I can assure you they will think twice about buying from you. And that is what truly matters to me. For all you others that think he shouldn't have to replace used stuff w/new, I disagree and am no longer interested in your opinion. I gave him the option to just refund my money, and I would pay for shipping in the first place. As mentioned before, if this stuff was in such good shape he could just sell it too someone else. If I would have known 1 piston, 1 dome, was bad and needed welded on top of Nikasil I would have never bought this piece of shit in the first place.

Those pics are about as clear as the ones on your origional post. I do not want that piston on the terms that I have to trust you that it is good to go. I am done trusting you. It obviuosly got me in trouble the first time around. I am really not trying to be difficult here Jarret, you have to look at it from my side of things. If someone sold you a tootsie roll on line and the pics were a little blurry and you saw what might be a peanut in it....You think what the hell, this guy says this tootsie roll is new and edible. Ultley, seriously, who replaces a piston for the hell of it. If I say yes to that and you send me a piston that is as nice as the other ones that you described as "damn near new" what happens then? I don't want your used piston. Send me the $170 I asked for, keep your used piston for a paper weight and I will chill and let my pooper heal for a while.... Alright look. I am an idiot for looking at those pictures, asking some questions, and believing what he said even though I should have believed my own eyes. I must admit, I was a little excited and wanted this motor and went against some of my own conscience. BUT, why should I be punished because I believed a guy? If you all read what I posted you can see all along I tried to get this guy to work w/me. Only reason I have gotten the way I am now is because of the way I have been treated by him. Pardon me for getting lied to and wanting him to make it right. Nate tells me the cyl will need welded where you can see the nikasil missing in the picture. Ok, he didn't say it needed welded, I have never run a nikasiled cyl in my life. How am I supposed to know that it needs welded by looking at some pics. But I didn't even ask him to pay for that. Lets just forget about the welding. Now some of you say I shouldn't expect to get new parts for a knowingly used setup. What should I do, have him send me a used piston that he says is good kinda like the other dome and pison were good. Should I just be out them because he shouldn't have to replace a used piston and dome w/new because they are bad and he said they weren't? You all act like I didn't give him every chance to make this right and with options. For the record I am not mad at anyone here except Utley. I am simply responding to your opinions w/questions trying to figure out why you think the way you do. According to some of the views on here, you should have to worry, scrutinize, get your magnifying glass out, send somone ovet to that persons house across the country, and then Not have to take it in the rear because somone should be able to stick it to you if they can get it by ya. As far as legal action goes, i am not trying to send the police to his house, just possibly filing w/paypal. Here is the story and are PM's exactly as written and was done between this site and PS. I am going to copy and paste everything from PS because it is lengthy. I have tried to resolve this peacefully and see how he operates. I do not want to get on the phone and get MF'd resolving nothing. At this point i am no longer willing to take his $ to repair this piece of junk. If he wants to give me a refund, I will not pursue this legally. Michigan I bought a 10 mil Mccoy top end from utley knowing that they needed renik'd but was supposed to come w/ good pistons and domes as well. He said his builder inspected them and they would be fine to run. I made the offer i did on the basis that I knew I would have to flip the bill for new nikasil regardeless of what someone said and we negotiated a price. I got the motor and it definately needed nik'd, needs welded as well. Both the dome and piston from the one side are pitted up. I specifically asked utley if the dome was pitted in a PM which I will display and he said no and some other stuff... I have since found out he has sold junk too and decieved a few others. I asked him for my money back on the basis he lied to me and the extent of the damage he said ran great when he took it apart. Of course, no go there. Then I asked him to at least pay for the undisclosed repairs which was evaluated by Nate himself and Nate was very professional and stayed completely neutral on this. I reported what the undisclosed damages were and..... ahh, just read it in PM. This dud is a thief and a tool and someday, he will get his! Origional communication w/him about the motor. Sheefreak I realize they need to be renik'd and I planned on that, no big deal there. I didn't explain that very well, my bad. The problem is mainly the piston and dome that are all pitted up. I asked in PM specifically about this because it sort of looked like it in the pics, but also could have been moisture and you said they weren't pitted. As far as I knew there was a good set of pistons and domes and cylinder needed renik'd. Then on top of the piston and dome being pitted up, Nate tells me the entire history of the Motor and he says these domes may not be his, and you had trouble getting it to run worth a darn w/the domes cut by someone else?? Now maybe you kept that set of domes and pistons and gave me the origional domes by Nate, [censored] at this point, I don't know. Look, I am not trying to be a pain in your ass.... all I want is what I supposedly bought. If you don't want to give me my money back, then at least work w/me on getting this corrected. Nate said he would look at everything for free and get me what I need to get it going. I am assuming worse case scenario 2 new domes and a piston. I got a total estimate for $600 from Nate because the cylinder needs welded as well as plated, one piston is bad, he recomended i replace the other. The dome is hosed, but he said I could run it. All I ask from you is a measly $170 and you insult me by coming back and saying I'll give you $100 in a week. Here is the origional set of messages Utley and myself exchanged back and forth on PS. It is real clear that he flat out lies to me about the pitted domes. If he would not have lied to me, this would have changed my whole outlook on buying this topend. Anyone that takes care of their own motors know what happens when one thing in the motor is tore up....so is everything else! This guy is a strait up liar. He keeps talking about me knowing it needed nikasil'd. I have never tried to ask for help w/that. I told him before I bought it I would have to renikasil it from seeing the photos. But I could not tell that there was a chunk of the cyl missing as well. I origionally asked this dude for my money back and I would eat the shipping because he lied to me and the motor was a mess. How tough would that have been.... Also, am I the only one that does not want to have to worry about getting ripped off around here... THIS IS A PETITION! There are several more communications between Utley and myself between here and PS if anyone is on the fence as to what kind of guy Utley is, I can post more. If you are in agreement w/me in that we don't need scammers around the HQ, or have your own story concerning getting ripped off by this joker, please post. The more posts we have, the easier it will be to convince Lee to ban his ass. I see he has changed his sig about buying a Nate Mccoy DMX when Nate had nothing to do w/anything but giving me an estimate on repairs. I hope this doesn't affect Nates business in any way, this was not my intention....

As many of you know, several people have had bad dealings w/Jarret Ultley AKA Utleybanshee. I personally was lied to about some specific things I asked about before purchasing this 10 mil top end. He was trying to sell it as ready to run, but it was obvious from the pics that it needed nikasil'd. Well, when I recieved it, one dome and piston were pitted. I particularly asked about this because from the pics you couldn't tell if it was pitting or moisture. Besides all this he has been nasty and vulger to me for calling him out when he is the issue. I could explain this to death, but just one round of PM's should be clear enough. He also seems to be holding something personal against Nate. Nate has been neutral in just telling me what the setup needs to get going. He never made any shots or comments toward Utley...Just for the record. Then on top of the piston and dome being pitted up, Nate tells me the entire history of the Motor and he says these domes may not be his, and you had trouble getting it to run worth a darn w/the domes cut by someone else?? Now maybe you kept that set of domes and pistons and gave me the origional domes by Nate, shit at this point, I don't know. Look, I am not trying to be a pain in your ass.... all I want is what I supposedly bought. If you don't want to give me my money back, then at least work w/me on getting this corrected. Nate said he would look at everything for free and get me what I need to get it going. I am assuming worse case scenario 2 new domes and a piston. If they are the domes Nate cut for this motor, then will need one piston and one dome. If Nate can save the dome or piston, i am fine w/that, so whatever he deems necesarry is all I would be askin...
