  1. Few more pics to see color of frame.
  2. Thanks. Anyone need any work done???
  3. No I don't. I bought this bike used from a friend 5 yrs ago and he could not locate it and we are not required to have one or register anywhere here in Michigan. We can prolly get you one though.
  4. Much cleaner look... Lookin good!
  5. Possibly...Make an offer.
  6. As little as I use the brakes, I am not worried about what little cooling properties I may have lost... Thanks for the compliments!
  7. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=108617
  8. Would also sell the plastics. Dupont chroma base paint, few chips, $300 plus shipping.
  9. From a 99 Banshee. Lightened and Powdercoated "Black Chrome" last year. A-arms are powdercoated matte black. Powder has your chips and imperfections but looks great. Front spindles, hubs included. Shocks are included. 300ex fronts and CBR rear. Pic of bike together shows stance w/this suspension. CBR rear works great for +6 to +10 swinger. Can include drag bars on it now or typical bend fly's. Does not include radiator, tires, throttle, cable, or slides, electrical...I think that is it. If additional things are needed, might be able to work something out. Have lotsa spare parts layin around. Asking $700 and pick up only right now. If someone is really interested in having it shipped, we can talk about it. Located in Battle Creek MI.
  10. I think you have answered your own question. "first 60 deg. day since he has had his shee" "smokes more than mine". Colder it is, the more fuel you need and vice versa when it warms up. Need to lean it down some. You could post pics of the plugs and we could help a little better.
  11. I am going to say .116 mains is where you will end up, but I would start w/120's. Drill the dumps to .120 as well and start w/55 pilot and airscrew closed down to 1 turn out. Opend the PJ all the way up. You should be rich top and bottom. I would run the clip in the middle on the needle. You can lean it from there. I ran a set of 39 PWK's on a stock cyl 4 mill last year and ran .120's and 52 pilots. Needle leaned all the way to second from top notch. Once I finally got it tuned pretty well I ended up w/PJ's almost closed down(coulda went smaller main) and air screws only half turn out(coulda used bigger pilots). Ran great, and plugs were showing just about perfect. Watch them plugs!!!
  12. My arms are powdercoated, haven't had problems. They were done in an oven and I believe they just slightly undercure them. He would not do clear cotes or anything 2 stage like candy...
  13. I'd like one as well!
  14. One more question. You say they come off of a Cheetah motor. Are these big flange or small flange?
  15. Chassis is all chromoly, and not a modified stocker?
  16. Got one for sale already drilled and fitted to stock polished linkage. $80 shipped, or will repolish linkage before sending for an extra $20... Shock is in like new condition.
  17. Have you verified this somehow, or are you going by these guys best "eyeballin"? When I asked you about these the first time you had them listed, you said you didn't know???
  18. Hard to beat Sandtoyz Unlimited for almost anything...No services, just parts.
  19. If you go w/new or different cases you really want to buy a matching set. Bout a 50/50 chance two separates will match up correctly.
  20. That I am not too sure of, but guessing I would say no. If you have a pro design or compatible head I am pretty sure the blanks are pretty cheap and he will have them right on hand.
  21. They will work, but you will get better results w/domes cut for alky. You are a PS member, I would PM Tim at Titan. He'll get ya squared away quick.
  22. If your bowls are switched and on the wrong carb, your choke will not work properly either. Some bowls are marked 1-1 and 1-2 if I remember right on the inside. 1-1 goes on the choke lever side or left side. Did you clean your pilots? And I mean clean them. You need to be able to see plenty of light through them. Compressed air will usually do it. If not, torch tip cleaners will work. Also for the cold weather, close your airscrew down to 1/2-1 turn out. That will help as well. If you find it works at half turn out, you will want to go up a pilot size.
