  1. Yes they do, but as long as you design in the corrosion, it's not a big deal. Of course you can only have corrosion on things if they are exposed to air, so that's another way to get around it. There are seals and coutings out there to deal with alcohol contact, but not for a 35 year old engine design. :geek:
  2. Word.
  3. Every once in awhile there was a hot girl there, but mostly it's NASCAR fans that can't afford to go to a NASCAR race.
  4. Once upon a time, I think someone on here had a phone number for him. Maybe we can figure out who that was and one of y'all can call him?
  5. I suspect making aluminum swingarms is a bit more of a liability risk, just as titanium swingarms can be. The LSR are deal is cool looking, but could probably be lighter. I assume the weight is due to something along the lines ofmy comments above.
  6. What's racing out at Perris this weekend? Perris is always good for a giggle or two.
  7. You will need to flush your fuel system running E85. Remember, 4 stroke cars are different, you just have to change the oil more often. :geek:
  8. My break room at my current facility conists of a room, three large tables a sink, a coffee maker, a pop machine, and a candy machine that only take quarters. Someone brought in doughnuts this morning, I think to make up for the Grade D hot dog lunch from last Friday. In other words, break time at my building isn't luxurious.
  9. I am pretty sure I answered your questions...................... :ermm:
  10. If we are going to have the slogan "where it starts" on there, can I get an arrow pointing down right below it? I don't care if it is on the front or back? :ermm:
  11. I suspect you know where to get your own flag with a Honda wing on it.
  12. .................any mafia connections?
  13. Nah, it just means your cock ring was on too tight.
  14. Yes, you can. You just need to have a good feeling about your jetting or tuning knowledge. I have run a few different Banshee configs. on stock carbs with alcohol. :geek:
  15. I suppose what I meant by them being all the same is that you have to through similair excercises to run all of them. M100 (M99) is a bit more challenging to tune and is less stable in storage. Of course, sometime I forget that not everyone tunes fuel delivery systems like I do. In which case some guy going at it in his drive way may have a bit more of a challenge on his hands with the higher percentage blends of alcohol.
  16. It worries me that you are inquiring about other guys purple headed yogurt slingers. :ermm:
  17. I have also been looking at those. :geek:
  18. German mafia = Teamsters Union?
  19. Either way, I am running mine as a secondary flag.
  20. I have to travel elsewhere during that time. I was going to go, but work boned me. I missed Dunefest and the SSSS this year. :shoothead:
  21. .........I can't vote again, even after the pole was modified, but if I could I would vote for the triangle shape.
  22. .............are we not doing triangle flags anymore?
  23. ...........are you blinking at me because you would like to know how those two things work?
  24. If you have a grid style MAF, that pooches the Tornado's deal right there. I have my suspicions that it completely screws any laminair flow you were trying to build via the OEM design. It just goes to show that advertising is a large portion of any aftermarket products' success. I wish I could come up with something like that..................
