ok i just found out that my piston size is 64.25 mm i dont know what the bore should be and what the service limit is. i have wiseco pistons, not sure what kind i think they only sell forged ones right? if anyone knows that would be great, i would like to measure them tommorrow. thanks

there heavy. thats why there good at the track because they sink into the ground. there good on 2 things, gas and going slow. have you seen the 450 swing arm? things got some weight to it.

did you check the compression before you set it to the dealer? you should get your money back adn send it out to him again. never send it to them. i would have told you everything you need to know about getting it too run right.

are piston rings suposed to move in the piston? i would only assume that this is normal. is there anyway to tell if the rings are worn?. i just took the engine off the frame and i'm gona rebuild it in the next couple weeks. also what kind of feelr gauge do i need to check the distance between the flywheel and that stator spark thing? thanks

i was told there are wiseco pistons in the bike but i dont kow what size they are. it has 2 numbers on them 51 and 25 does anyone know what they mean exactly? im gonna email wiseco to see but figure i would ask here first. thanks

just leave him be. offer advise if you want but its not gonna help. he loves to drink more than be friends with you. so i say chuck him. you can help him all you want. but its like the saying goes. you cant teeach someone to tie "their" shoes if they have no feet. so untill he runs into a problem and cant get out then you can help. trying to get him to stop drinking will only make him drink more. so, if that means anything.

does anyone have a stock swing arm off there bike you can take a dimention for me? i just shortend my swing arm and i know its atleast 1 3/4 maybe 2 but just would like to know for sure. its the only mistake i made. it took me 1 houre to remove the paint, 1/2 hour to make jig, about 2 hours to measure there im gonna mount stuff back on and gind the brackets off. and about 1 1/2 hours to set up and weld it up. looks good i just have one more cable holder tab to weld on. had to see matts picts to see where it goes. if anyone would like to help le me know.
