better springs will help it from slipping but you should get a better clutch lever too or your arm will get sore after a while with the extra spring action there. thats if all the plates were to spec and aligned right.

you need a new gasket for that oil leek. and i dont know about that fuel leak. maybe check the floater hight

i shortend my swing arm 1.75. isnt much but this break cable is all over the place. seems like i could wrap it around the swing arm a few times and it would still fit. is there anyway of shortening it?

this post was very unclear but most knew what i was talking about. its is .25mm overbore thats 64.25mm = 2.52952 inches. that problem is solved now i just gotta figure out if its possable for me to hone my cylinders or if i have to pay someone to do it.

you can find a conversion chart on the interent. you have to know the size of the pistons though. dont just mic the piston and decide from that because if its forged it will expand and you will end up with a different measurement. so get the numbers off them and find out. once you do that and say you have 65.50 pistons you can covert that into inches and mic that. the guy at wiseco told me that there is suposed to be .003 thousanths clearence. mine are a tad smaller though. its like -.001 clearence soo. i guess once it heats up it will sit good. i just need to hone the cylinders and get it back together. if you want i have the chart in my favorits and will tell ya what its supposed to be. peace

not one peice of usefully information. yes they do make. 25 over bore pistons. thats 64.25 mm thats 2.52952 inches. some people should instead of confing people about chit. i wasnt the only one looking for this info.
