  1. Did you check the small bolts where the coolent hoses hook up? And did u try re torquing the heads, after runnin they will loosen right up youll end up torqin them 2-3 times.

Looks like a good deal, but i dont think that thing will go 100 mph, its basicly stock with some pipes and reeds, its only at .20 over thats a good thing but he says hes ported and polished the head? Im not positive on this but how do you port a head on a 2 stroke motor its alywas been port the intake exuaghst ports in the cylinders, 1 other thing- is white bros makin shocks these days?? Look like works to me but im sure the guy with the banshee nows more about this shee than i do, o yeah and yamalube is junk
  3. Works fine on my head, the hose is more than long enough, are you sure its not hung up on something and your getting all the slack..
  4. Sounds somewhat lean to me maybe throw a 210 in there, but if the plugs look of then your mains should be good. As stated get some pipes and ditch the lid and start at 260
  5. Get a noss with some 20cc domes depending on your elevatoin, i moved down from 22cc and i can definalty feel more of a low end kick, with the new domes not to mentoin some more all around power. t-6s dont mix with porting, anything else they should work well with
  6. Its probably got sone port work done if it ran 100 mph with ease, i dont no if its a full drag port but runnin the t-5s on a built motor probably isnt helpin the cuase, but yeah id guess the ports are somehwat worked from stock.
  7. You gotta re torque them at least twice during break in, same thing happnd to me notcied a bit of coolent leaking out of my coolhead and cheach the head bolts to find 5 of them that u could twist off with your hand, not good torqued em back down and will check again in another week.

Ive had sparks come out of my pipes on 2 seprete occasoins, 1 was when i was lean in the winter and my freind was pinned in 6th flyin around in the snow with the tires spinning at 100 mph for about 10 mintutes, sparks came out the pipes and the expansoin chambers turned bright red where the meet the cylinders, started up the next day only for the lower rod bearing to fail and blow my top end-was there a connectoin beetween the 2 ..... No idea, the other say i saw a few sparks and oddly enough it was becuase a bad plug..
  10. Simple stuff would be is the choke on that side? Are there new plugs in it? Maybe your lean? My best guess tho would be its the reeds on that side what kind u runnin??

Id take the time and money and do both cylinders at the same time, and pack both silencers, banshees like for everything to be perfect anything less its not going to run right, take the time and go over everything , its not worth just hoping on it and riding it becuase it wont last long, also the side with no packing will smoke alot more.

  14. I have a kit on my banshee but im not really likin the tiwst for the terrain around here, I have the cr pro made by motoin pro. My twist cable is made for my 30mm mikiuni carbs

Dont got a pic but i can give u my word the things are perfect i bought em to line up with my fattys but never worked out they lined up but they were 2 inches to short to fit, so they sat on my shelf to i made use of the cores and the stinger tubes but the silencer tubes are layin around they still got perfect finish on them
  17. This top end has 2 tanks of gas through it , tho whole motors is brand new

I kicked over my banshee and i heard a really really loud backfire it sparked and a cloud of smoke followed but it didnt start next i kicked it again and it idles really low and i saw a spark come from the pipe, its not lean and the the plug on that side is really fouled, should i be concernd??

Stock head- 1 side pitted up- 25 21cc domes- fair shape have been through a detenatoin of the top end but they seem ok-20 bucks Pro circuit factory sound 304 silencers no stingers or cores just the hollow silencer pieces-15 bucks Stock Reeds Cages with i think boysen reeds- 20 bucks Stock crank one blown bearing- 30 Skid Plate for axle carrier-25 If anything seems to high priced give me pm with offer- Thanx guys

  21. Thanx for all the replies, alot of people are suggesting a bad crank seal?? since its the right side that run shitty. I find that unlikly becuase the crank was just installed by a pofesonal. Also would way overfilled gear case oil cause some to get sucked up to the top end?? Its a reall thick white smoke comin from the right side with a really watery gas oil mix coming from the right side, but like i said it smells like fresh gas that never went through the motor spark seems good switched up the wires and its same. Switched carbs and ran the same, also theres no choke tube on my aftermarket carbs, im gonna have someone who owns a see take a look at her tomarow but what are the symtoms of a blown seal on the right side, thanx again,, one more thing what is symtoms of "pre detinatoin" im running 93 octane with 20cc domes at 1400 feet elevatoin

Ok i will start off comly and give everyone everylast peice of info i have on this fucking thing sitting in my driveway, 1st off mods noss head 20cc domes, vforce reeds/ reeds spacers 30mm mikuni carbs fmf fatty pipes with toomey t-3 silencers weisco .80 over pistons wiesco hot rods crank noss airbox adapter plate with k&n air filter Ok just got finished buying tons of new shit for this thing having it all profesoinally installed, got it home a few days ago and it runs like shit, on idle it seems to "load up" after about 10 seconds then when you hit the gas its not that quick to stroke rev its just a long kinda bog but it revving not dying. just not that clear two stroke rev kindasounds like its choking from the cylinders, dont make much of a sound from the pipes. OK Then if you can manage to clear it all out it it revs decent wide open in 4th 5th and 6th, I have tried everything from 290 to 220 mains(currently running the 220s) running 25 pilots and not sure where the needles at. Basicly 1st 2nd 3rd 4th suck there not like they used to be there just a long bog no powerband, plugs are black somewhat tan. My ratoi is 3 1/2 ounces of amsoil to 1 gallon of 93 octane im at about 1400' ft.Today my problem got worse, 1 cylinder runs perfect the other runs like shit the pipe barly gets hot while the other pipe is very hot, barly any exuaghst, and just started making a wierd popping noise not really like a backfire just pops,also theres alot of opil which pours out of it but the oil seems to be really thin and watery and smell alot like fresh gas that hasnt even been burned up , and this thing is definatly not lean- this is all with fresh plugs. I spent over 2300 doallars int he 1 year ive owned it and its ran about 5 months and blew up 2 times since ive bought it 1 year ago, im out of ideas guys have had it in and out of shops, any any idea at all i would really aprecate it i almost get sick when i think of all i put into it and what i get out of it plz guys help me out....

You have the exact problem i have, i used stock carbs and my bike ran great i put on bigger 30mm carbs and now mid range and low end are sh#t i cannot find a way to cure this problem, riding this thing sucks like this it dont wanna rev or anything the dam thing just chokes all the time if you find the problem let me no
