im glad you said that. i feel as though the 2 strokes will last longer than the new fours. the high comp technology is great. power all around. but i dont think the average rider is going to keep with the maintenance required on one.

i can think of two special tool needed to do this. one is something what CEj makes, or you can do yourself to reomve a funky retainer nut under the steerin stem. youll understand when you get there. the other is the biggest f'in hammer you can come across. you need it to remove the swingarm bolt. its a bitch to remove. i just did mine, like 15 minutes ago. i had to cut mine out with an angle grinder and a cutting wheel. but the perks to a PC job is that you can remove all kinds of little tabs you no longer use. ones like the tors box bracket and so on. for a full list go down on this page a little until you see a thread that i started entitled "PCing the frame" it tells you what a i removed and filled in. for anymore ?'s PM me, if all goes well ill have mine in the PC shop tomorrow. as for the bushings, im goin to replace all of my swingarm bearings, but that it so far. most of my others were pretty good.
