Not only does that flywheel look way to thin. But the extra holes drilled in the face are way to close to the rivets that hold it together. Look at the cracks around them. Listen to what these people are trying to tell you already. Its broken all to shit. I have had a few lightened flywheels. All of different weight. None of them even the lightest one. Looked anything like that.

You are correct. Some people shorten up the brake lever also. The blaster pegs are down and back from the banshee pegs.

Come on out !!!!! It's a hell of alot of fun. You will probably have the fastest atv there. Most of the atvs there are not full tilt drag bikes. I just hoping to get a few more people to come out and race. I think its only like 10 or 15 bucks to run.

Anyone know what the weather is like at kermit around Thanksgiving ? Any suggestions on where to stay ? Thinking about making a family trip out there around that time.

Putting the reed spacer between the reeds and the cylinder moves the powerband slightly toward more lowend. Putting the spacer between the intake manifold and the reeds moves it slightly toward the topend. They do make some differance. It just happens to be more noticeable on a single cylinders two stroke. They also allow you clearance for bigger carbs.

The Toomey T5's are the BEST all around pipe you will ever put on your banshee !!!! Ported or not, stock carbs or big carbs. It simplely does not matter they are the BEST all around pipes period !!!! For the price and performance you can not beat them. Watch ebay and pick up a set for around $200.00 or less.

Since you have not ran it. It should be fine. But, anytime after you have ran it. And you have taken it down that far. For the price of seals (cheap) I would replace them. It just makes good sense to do it since you are already there.

If you put the reed spacers between the reeds and the cylinder it will move the powerband more towards the lowend. If you put them between the carb and the reeds it will move it more towards the topend. My 2 cents from experience. Hope it helps.
